We are Empower Ink/ Shots by Plex Philly Philly Plex Never receive product paid for. Ran off with money ATLANTA GEORGIA
The individuals were paid in full for a photoshoot . I never received the photos and they refused to refund the money after they failed to honor the contract. They kept providing the run around regarding the photos and was finally informed that the "editor" has the pictures and was fired .....sooo now what?
They breached the contract, I did not receive the pictures and I did not receive the pictures according to the timeline of the contract.
