Initially, motorbikes were parked in the parking lot, with people smoking weed. I got off my car and one of them approached me, smelling like drugs. I got scared as he was following me and got back in my car. I moved it around a bit until he returned with his other peers to the motorcycles.

This is in the Burger King Parking Lot, right by Brickell City Center. I went to Burger King and stayed there for around an hour as I was waiting for my sister to return from Zara. I came back to these same people, nonetheless, my car had rings around them. I was surprised and called the number on the windshield stating I could not move my car, and why they had put those if I was in the Burger King Restaurant.

They said that someone had reported that I was not in any of the stores and the owner had the cameras to check (Impossible). They said someone would be there in the next 10-15 minutes, and a guy who was parked in the parking lot came out of the vehicle.

I asked him who called, and he started getting nervous. He said he didn't know and would call his boss to confirm (went back to his car). The situation then escalated in my mind, as one of the guys in the motorcycles rode to his vehicle and started talking to him as friends. Then everything made sense. He fooled around for a while, and once he decided to come back I asked him who called.

He then said "they called me and informed me that you were not in the premises". I asked who is they, he said the owner (As if the owner of the whole lot, first of all, would be checking the cameras at 10pm, and second only the managers of the restaurants would have to be actively checking the cameras to even report such an incident).

He then said to give him 20 minutes to check with his boss. Clearly he started mixing up his words and I told him if one of his friends in the motorbikes had been the one who illegally reported such an incident. I told him I'd call the police and he went to the restaurant right in front of where I was parked and refused to come out.

At this point, it had been an hour, and I was scared and it was raining. I called 911 but received no response, and this was not an emergency situation. No one even checked the cameras and this is all a hoax. I told him I'd file a police report, and I soon as I paid, his peers and him disappeared. The name of the person is Fernando Almanazar and he should be behind bars as well as his peers.

I want to be refunded my money, as well as all the people suffering from this scam.
