Elite Association Management Incorrectly billed neighborhood Houston Texas
This HOA management company took over for another company and did not get updated financial records which resulted in nearly everyone in the neighborhood getting a bill in the hundreds of dollars.
They continually bill incorrectly for private water bills and make it the home owner's responsibility to contact them and correct the issue. They do not respond promptly or at all while being contacted nor do they provide written resolution to the billing disputes.
