El Duke Appliances Failure to follow through Albuquerque New Mexico
I bought a Gas Stove from El Duke on Sept 14th 2019 Friday they told me it would be delivered on Monday which they did deliver it the guys that delivered did not have the proper fittings with them to hook it up they told me they would be back the next day with the part.
They No Showed I have tried calling many many times one line is always a busy signal the other is in spanish saying there mail box is full and can't leave a message today Sept 19th 2019 I finally got a woman to answer and she told me it would be delivered by 3 pm and hooked up No Show Again.
I have been to the shop Twice All ready and get told the same thing they would send someone out to hook it up that day and nothing If I buy the parts and Install the Warranty would be invalid. This is the Worst Service I have every received in Alqueuerque I would never recommend this company to anyone.
