EC restoration Emily cortes EC restoration contracted us to do work and not been paid Texas
We was contracted by Emily corets to do work at servral properties we have done work for her before and she paid we stopped working for a while then was asked to go back by work horse recurtiments so we did this time we had new bank account reported it to both work horse recuritment and to ec restoration before payroll was ran.
it has now been alomst 6 weeks with no pay and they owe almost 4k worth of work she has lied to us by saying the money was sent it bounced back blah blah blah and then said we will mail a check i have decied that i will not be waiting on a check i will be meeting with my attorney and will be placing liens on porperties because our contract says pay is 3 weeks then weekly after that and its almost 6 weeks if you do take work from ec restoration get payment upfront before anywork done
