E L DESIGN STUDIO ELLEN POOR DESIGN AND POOR SERVICE NY HICKSVILLE
DO NOT USE!! Ellen and Denise are living nightmares! We hired them to do our kitchen, where we spent over $40,000 in cabinets from them. Ellen (the owner) promised us that she would personally take charge of our project.
I saw Ellen 2x before she disappeared and blamed all design flaws and color mismatches on Denise. They put a long kitchen cabinet on top of the sink (where my head cannot go over the sink!!) which is huge design flaw. There were also areas where we needed cabinet space that were lost due to poor designing.
A lot of the cabinets when delivered we missing pieces and were NOT the same color! On top of all the mistakes were the poor excuses for missing appointments, blaming each other and using personal problems as excuses. STAY AWAY!
