Dr. Michael Oakes Vitality Dental Dr. Tyler Holmes Purposely sabotaged implant & crown to fail Donelson Tennessee
I thought this was an upstanding dentist office until after the work was done and the pandemic hit. When I went back to have a problem, they cost fixed they would not help at all. I thought the big gap between the teeth they had worked on was normal, but after having it looked at by two REAL dentist apparently these guys did a terrible job in fitting my crown.
They said because too much time has passed they would not help make it right and the receptionist started talking over me and talking down to me like I was a piece of crap.
Their procedures are not cheap. It was very expensive and to be treated like this after the fact, is a slap in the face and a kick in the nuts.
The doctor will know who I am and if he doesn't meet me he isn't half a man. he can call me and we can meet in person.
sorry that you're on rip off report but you brought it on yourself. I wouldn't use the office again if my teeth are falling out.. BUT NOW I WILL Mke it my life's passion to get the word out on these incompetent dentist.
