Complaint Review: Dr. Jack Miller Physiotherapist -

Jack Miller calls himself a Doctor, but he isn't a real one.   His "doctorate" came from St. Augustine university in Florida in physical therapy. He tried creating a fake DPT in Canada but got reprimanded by various colleges governing physiotherapy in the provinces of Canada. One in particular wrote a scathing review of his ethics and his fake DPT program:

On June 11, 2018, the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted a permanent injunction that prevents Evidence in Motion (Evidence in Motion LLC) (“EIM”), Accelerated Motion Physiotherapy (AMP) (Bradley Jawl, Accelerated Motion Physiotherapy, Tall Tree Integrated Health Centre Ltd.) and Key Clinical Skills (Jack Miller, Key Clinic Skills Inc.) from:

• providing a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and post professional Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree, or component courses of either degree program, in British Columbia; and
• advertising, in written or oral form, the Doctorate of Physical Therapy and post professional Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in British Columbia.

Prior to that Jack and the group he was a part of were charging in the neighborhood of between $11,000 and $15,000 for these fake DPT programs.   In Canada regulatory bodies do not allow "doctorates" in physio to identify as 'doctors' so as to not blur the lines between a medical doctor and a physioherapist, but that doesn't stop NOT real Dr. Jack Miller (DPT) from referring to himself as a real Dr. This is his self proclaimed BIO   "Dr. Miller completed his BSc in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. He then spent six years in New Zealand where he completed an advanced specialty Diploma of Manipulative Therapy. During this program he was directly mentored by both Robin McKenzie and Brian Mulligan.

On returning to Canada he competed a Masters of Clinical Science at Western University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of St. Augustine."   But here are the rules of the Ontario College of Physical Therapists   https://www.collegept.org/registrants/practice-advice/restricted-titles-credentials-specialty-designations-faqs   It specifically states that,   "Can I use my doctor title on my business card if I have a PhD in Psychometrics or Epidemiology, or a my DPT from the USA?   No, even though you have earned the credential physiotherapists cannot use the title doctor or the short form Dr. when assessing or treating patients.  

Dr. should not appear on anything a patient would receive or see during their patient experience. The Restricted Titles, Credentials and Specialty Designations Standard directly prohibits its use in the provision of care."   A cursory user search shows at archive.org that Evidence in Motion in conjunction with not real Dr. Jack Miller were selling a sham 1 year program then granting the title DPT to recipient of their completed course, as said above 'not even worth the paper it was printed on'   It appears that one of the programs directors had a brief awakening of his conscience to properly call the "transitional" DPT from a non accredited source what it is (basically bogus): https://evidenceinmotion.com/transitional-dpt-truths-and-confessions/  

In an email tirade, Not read Dr. Jack Miller made the assumption that I was an anti-vaxxer, a fat a*s and someone who is taking up an ICU bed because I dared share a link with a group of people of a 2.5million person study that suggested natural antibodies from a recovered covid patient last longer than vaccine.   This is scientific fact now. Regardless of his beliefs, unprofessional Jack Miller decided to take it upon himself to wish me death and to "rot in Covid hell" for saying that I had proven antibodies to this virus, antibodies that apparently last longer than vaccine induced ones. Regardless of what side of the spectrum of debate you side with, his unprofessional behavior and responses speak for themselves.

Not only does Jack use a title that his governing body does not give him persmission to, but he sold programs under the "guise" of a post-graduate DPT with NO accreditation whatsoever, misleading students and basically RIPPING THEM OFF with a certification that they could not use to do anything more than hang on their wall in their home where no one could see it because they were NOT permitted to misrepresent themselves.   NOT Real Dr. Jack Miller is NOT an honest professional, NOT a great mentor.

Apparently Jack Miller just cared about the money, and will teach you stuff you can read in a physical therapy text book for a sham "doctorate". Seemingly Not Real Dr. Jack just uses the title to confer more authority to unsuspecting patients who see him, and likely charges much more money than a typical physical therapy visit by pretending that he's a real doctor.   I believe that requires No character. No moral. No ethics.   I believe that requires on to be just a low life cretin.
