emails for resolutions/warranty request

We contracted DVC to handle our social media marketing ( FB/IG) and build a  landing page. We have been a client since June 2021. 

ADs should have been up and running in July at the latest. Our landing page should have been a a quick turn of a few days but it took them over 4 months,  and the lead capture is still not satisfactory. I suspect most of thier workers are remote and this lead capture is a green developer most likely paid 4 bucks an hour oversees. I ould have outsourced myself and had better results faster! I digress.

At no time did any one call to tell us about anything and our account productivity or needs. It practically sat dormant. I tried to get answers until I got sick of emailing y CSM and my "social manager" who constantly avoieded me and found a "higher" up to email in sept.

I had started emailing for results and demanding information from DVC after reviewing our KPIs and seeing just how horrbly mismanaged our account had been. Thier resolution was to remove my credit card,  give us an ad credit 600.00 bucks and run ads on their dime instead. I gave them 30 days to correct per our contract,  which is pertinent for reperfoemnace before requesting out warranty which is total reimbursemt of services. 

Here is all  Things contract that were not and STILL HAVE NOT BEEN  performed:

1. We were guaranteed 4 post a month of social media. both ig and fb. Our ads didn’t start until September 17th and we have only seen 3 posts a month since Sept. 

2. 1 monthly boosted post a month ….. not performed on any post to date.

3. Added 4 boosted posts added on agreement on initial sign up , not performed to date

4. Geographic targeting not accurate per parameters set for FL, TN , NC

5. Monthly report discussions – Not performed

6. Conference calls CSM – Not performed

7. ad content and page content - ive had to constantly correct and rewrite beucase they dont understand out brand (real estate investors,  not REALTORS)

Other noted issues:

7. There are several tasks marked as done on Monday.com project management software by CSM in June that we were not involved in, nor made aware of , meetings that didn’t happen and discussions that never were had with us- yet ticked off as "compelted"

8. Our website landing page took months to build- it’s a landing page, not a full service web page. The time it took for this simple site is beyond my comprehension.

Our whole account experience has been a load of false promises, and severe lack of communication.

We had over 4 months of inaction on our ad marketing campaigns from the start yet DVC collected their monthly fees as if they were performing as contracted.

Dvc still has not fully perform as agreed in our contract to date. I have lost total faith in this relationship at this point.

I do not think I am being unreasonable with my request for reimbursement when the contract was and is continually mishandled. I have respectfully requested that the  warranty in our legal contract be upheld 3 times in writing and they are avoiding my emails entirely. 

They have drained me for over 3800.00 bucks and I have NOTHING to show for it,  other than a failed 7 month long advertisement campaign , and the longest landing page build in history of landing pages and a whole bunch of frustration.   I want a refund  but no one answers, they have ghosted me,  and there is no one to go over to talk too. 

I have researched deeper into this company and there are several complaints on yelp,  BBB,  google for the SAME THINGS.  I trusted Bark.com review- another mistake as then do not verify thier vendor reccomedations.   this company is one of THE worst Ive ever done business with.
