Obtained refinance of home loan through AMC in Matteson, IL (no longer in business) through Brian. Made everything sound and look good. Said if payments were on time could refinace to lower rate in 6 mon., like they tell everybody! Didn't have enough income to qualify so they falsified and inflated income to get loan "approved."

After 1st month, AMC came up with story about not enough in escrow so raised mortgage payment, which was already struggling to pay. Managed to pay, after six months tried to refinance with them but all of sudden couldn't.

Found out we had a A.R.M.

Mortgage company started sending threatening letters and phone calls. Attempts to make arrangements were denied. Blessed to get certified funds to payoff loan, but company said returned nsf. Impossible, funds backed by U.S. Treasury. After going back and forth with them, they put house in foreclosure. Went to court, pro se, couldn't afford lawyer. Judge did not want to hear our side or see paperwork proving our case, ruled in favor of bank, what a surprise!

Deutsche Bank sold our first family home, we didn't have anywhere to go. Terrance Galloway(said he's bank agent) offered us 1,500 to move in 2 weeks. Didn't accept. Eventually, sheriff came put us out. Legally supposed to have time to get our belongings, but they removed them (about $2,600) without prior knowledge. The whole ordeal has left us emotionally, physically, and financially devastated. We will JOIN anyone who is SEEKING retribution against these snakes. Victims to VICTORIANS!

I wanted to comment on A.D. from Chicago, Illinois. On behalf of my son, daughter-in-law and three grandchildren, they too went through exactly what you (A.D.) and his family has gone through. Originally my son/daughter-in-law obtained their mortgage through Ameriquest. One month into the mortgage, they were notified that AMC Mortgage would be handling their mortgage. Five months later my son and daughter-in-law's troubles began. It started out with AMC making calls stating that they were 3 months behind. My daughter-in-law begin to collect bank statements showing they were not behind and presented copies of all canceled checks to mortgage company. AMC then notified son/daughter-in-law that there were several employees who were "taking" payments and claimed they had fired these individuals. Thinkding things were ok, they were surprised when they started receiving letters from attorneies claiming they could keep them from going into foreclosure. Again, they got on the phone with AMC and asked for a printout of all activity pertaining to their payments. The printout showed all payments were on time. In the meantime, they decided to try refinancing to get away from this company only to discover they were indeed in foreclosure. So they did the Chapter 13 thinking that would save them until they could get an attorney to look into matter. We later discovered that AMC had sold their mortgage to Deutsche Bank and Deutsche Bank had gone to court several times winning the right to evict. My son/daughter-in-law obtained a lawyer and lawyer informed my son that his signature was on some papers but not on others indicating that there was some type of fraud was going on. While lawyer prepared documents for an emergency hearing, my son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren were set out of their home (in the rain) ruining all of their furniture. My son/daughter-in-law and grandchildren were totally devistated over this and as a result of everything that has happened, I have watched the saddness in my grandchildren and watched three "A-B" students drop to "D-F" and I know it's a result of this fraud. Something really needs to be done about this. These companies SHOULD be held liable for putting people in situations like this. Sincerely, Thornton

They have no standing to foreclose, Check the Ohio cases thrown out by Judge Boyko for LACK of standing, In short they don't hold the NOTE!
