Wawanesa probably gives these people money to not do anything when a consumer launches a legitimate complaint. In fact, the investigation they do is often fabricated and they can lie through the teeth and say whatever they want. My biggest issue with using Wawanesa is they do not have the best interest of their own clients and will give into a case very fast without providing due diligence and trying to uncover all the facts before deciding against their own clients. They will most certainly side with the opposing party and pay out which will cause your own insurance to raise and leave a record on your DMV report which will not clear for many years. This is appalling.

They also hire the worst people, mostly paper pushers with bias. It is an absolute waste of your time.
