This started off ok as they try to reel you in then after the 1st cleaning a bunch of charges showed up and they breached their agreement as I had two people no call no show and one cleaner show up with two other people and only stayed and hour out of the three and charged me for each out plus other fees so I ended it as I was not able to communicate with them. These people did not reach out to me about a declined payment but instead took it upon themselves to charge a previous card I had on file which is unauthorized. This platform is a huge SCAM

One of the workers who used to work for them said that because of all the complaints they change their name frequently, the latest is Dazzling Cleaning, they use that name because many other cleaning companies use some form of the word Dazzle in their name, based on other sites the 5 star reviews are for Dazzle Cleaning or Dazzle Cleaning and Restoration which DO have good reviews.

To anyone thinking of hiring them, don't even bother to read the reviews, just look at what I write here which was based on all the other reviews I read, I think this company is run by crooks-maybe drug dealers who use their customers as "workers" (based on the descriptions others  have made) andall the money they make goes into their advertising for naiive people who may not have access to the internet to read their AWFUL reviews. To show how unethical and immoral the company is there are multiple class action suits against them, and also one should contact Atty General in your state. They are so bad a FB page called Dazzling Cleaning Company Scam was created with more details of the lawsuits and horror stories. Most review sites will not allow to put the contact info on the class action suit, so create a FB account so you can go to that page and be aware of what's going on with them. You can post anonymously on their website but do not know if you can access page without a FB account.

There was someone who wrote a reply which only allows rebuttals NOT comments. i wanted to make the comment to "Wait a sec" that there was no reason for his/her rude, snarky reply;  It's not the customer resposibilty how much and how the worker is paid, maybe the company is well funded enough that they can pay the worker from revunues out of their pocket NOT the clients or the worker is working for a low fee for a trial basis, many companies have a loss leader to get you to use their services, if the worker doesn't like it, they don't have to take the job so no one (except the employer if he's only paying them the discounted fee.)  It IS the company's responsiblity to be as transparent as possible, the company SHOULD mention in ALL their ads and PROMINENTLY on their website that this fee is only good if you sign up for a subscription for six months for a service fee (no cleaning) of $49 a month for six months or there is a heavy cancellation fee, yes, one should ask questions especially when new companies like this (noticed new silicon valley startups always have GREAT ads) clutter and purple mattress to name two, but then have a lot of complaints.
