I called Days Inn Pittsburgh, PA
from Texas-and inquired about a room and cost $???.??
Was told that I could not use my credit-card unless-
Days Inn could fax me a form that must be filled-out by me and faxed back to
Days Inn Pittsburgh, PA
for I.D. reasons.
I told Days Inn-
That I did not have use of a fax machine at that time!
So! you would think No Deal "Right"
The morning of 09/21/2013
I have a charge from-
Days Inn Pittsburgh, PA
for one room on my credit card!
I called Days Inn Pittsburgh, PA
Hotel employees lied about charges and what was said,
how it was done and I have not receive my refund.
I will never call them for service again.

There seems to be a lot of missing information.
First of all why if you are in Texas would you be calling a hotel in PA at 10PM to inquire about a room for that night?
Next, if you were only inquiring and had no intention of booking a room just how did they get your credit card number?
