Days Inn Alamosa Alamosa Days Inn Expensive, worn-out, and bad-mannered businese Alamosa, Colorado
The pictures of this days inn alamosa in the website is old. It doesn't mean that they improve something. They actually got all the old things in. The bed sheet is old, the matrix is hard like stone, and some equipment is not working(like that they locked the window with lumber.) The air inside is not good.
Wyndham chained Customer Care Representative got my complaint and forward to their manager. The manner of the manager after complaint is that they improved a lot so that there picture is old(which means out-to-date, comparing to my original meaning "worn-out", "dirty", and "bad".
After all these complaint, I am still going to complaint about their online booking system might go wrong sometime. Also, this is not really someone want to stay as a 2-star hotel. (Other 2star are better)
