Hello Attn: Management or whoever will do their job,
I have been a customer for a few years bought a car with you then we bought a car with Jacksonville Chysler Jeep Dodge because of the horrible service department. I brought my car in for service they screwed my car up the caliber was supposed to be change and I get it back with a vibration upon braking a loud shimming clucking noise. It's not safe to drive and I travel with my daughter everyday. Everytime I come even to get an oil change the service talks bad about my rims as if that's the reasoning EVERY SINGLE TIME. Listen today they tell my husband there not fixing or touching the car anymore when you purchase not one but 2 brand new cars from a dealership with a warranty that can't give you satisfaction it quite disappointing. The service managers and employees are very unprofessional and do whatever they like by the seat of there pant with no consequences but not this time I am reporting this to the local news and finding every means possible to get things right for the next customers.
