Dana Shoulders from Sears Holdings Company threatened to report false information to consumer protection entities Hoffman Estates IL
Dana Shoulders is a representative for Sears who stated in an email that fabricated reports that I "refused to cooperate" with Sears to avoid resolving my complaint. I have cooperated with every appointment and even spent my own money to rememdy the fact that Sears ripped me off.
I will not tolerate bogus lies against my name. See image attached to view the treats made.
