Complaint Review: CVS on summerville rd - phenix city Al

CVS re-hired matthew after the corrupt board of pharmacy gave his license back. Now things are slow as crap like they were on Crawford rd. CVS tells me exactly how they feel about me and my mom. When they rehired him and had the gall to transfer him to the Summerville rd location which we were forced to transfer our medicine because of him.

Now they are purposely holding up the lie to tick us off so will leave again. We intend to win this Matthew isn't going to win this. He's not running us off anymore! It's unlawful discrimination what he & the other pharmacy employees have done to us. CVS and the board of pharmacy protects bad corrupt pharmacist like Matthew & they are covering up for his drug addiction & letting him handle people's medication.

  I have never seen anything like this situation in my life. The board of pharmacy is enabling him to continue to mistreat customers even though they say he can't handle customers.

Patients can't get their pain medication because of loser pharmacists like Matthew who are allowed to keep working around drugs. When he is a druggie himself. He lied about taking a polygraph test that he wasn't doing drugs. There is always a long line at the drive-through when he is working like at the Crawford rd location. Long lines and waiting forever started happening when he was hired.

The CVS on crawford rd violated twice the Board of Pharmacy because they were hiring unregistered people to handle people's medication. This explained why the pharmacist and techs from 2007-2020 when we were getting our medicine filled they always had a bad unfriendly attitude toward us. They were being discriminatory against us & they got away with it.

CVS gets a slap on the wrist here in Alabama from the Board of Pharmacists. Because all should be forgiving because the pharmacist has more education. Well, I can't forgive Matthew for what he did to my mother and causing me not to be able to get my medicine filled there anymore either.  They also need to give these pharmacy employees some hearing aids because they can't hear.

They rather keep breaking the law CVS. By letting drug addicts around medication.

Matthew has no right to treat us any different from any other pharmacy. But somehow they're allowed to treat us like crap and be downright criminals. The cvs pharmacy on crawford rd gave this pharmacist who got the dosage wrong on our medicine management position. This other male customer told my mom why don't we go to another pharmacy.

  They don't have a right to treat us any differently than anyone else. Then I do transfer my medicine to a different pharmacy the same old harassment because they transferred mathew to it. All these scum wanted to do is traumatize me and my mom for no good reason

These cvs pharmacy employees sure can be ugly and unfriendly on the phone. But if you give it back to them which I try not to because I need my medicine filled they don't like it. But they put you in this type of situation. CVS still hires Matthew back when he has been exposed to being a drug addict & cvs pharmacies try to cover it up here in phenix city.

The cvs on crawford rd have been in trouble twice with the board of pharmacy. For letting unregistered pharmacy assistance handly medicine. Back in 2002 and 2006. They have kept on violating the board of pharmacy order.  This is why I and my mom were treated so badly at the cvs on Crawford rd. Mattew is protected at cvs for some reason & someone at the board of pharmacy is letting him slide, by giving him probation.

 I was having no trouble on the summervill rd cvs until they transferred matthew there. Then people who suffer from pain can't get their pain medication because cvs keep drug addicting losers like Matthew hired this is a great injustice to us. And the people who suffer in pain.

CVS pharmacists and techs think pharmacy customers have to put up with their abuse. Because the company allows them to mistreat us. Then CVS claims to value our business. not if they allow revengeful tyrant pharmacists like matthew to be unleashed to get revenge on customers for filing a complaint with the board of pharmacy.

  The board of pharmacy unleashes them like a pack of wolves on customers. Then you're not allowed to go back to certain CVS. CVS transferred the bad pharmacist to another one where you are going to disrupt things at that one.  CVS isn't getting their way about getting rid of me. Nither Matthew nor these rude cvs pharmacy techs.

It's always been something with CVS for the past 14 years. Because Matthew got in trouble, he got himself in trouble because he kept harassing my mom for no reason. He is on probation for 10 years. CVS transferred him to the Summerville RD location on purpose now these female techs are now being unfriendly toward us now. The board of pharmacy said he's not good with customers.

 Because he is under the influence of Drugs & they let him around drugs. Where pharmacy customers can't even get their pain medication because of drug-addicting pharmacists like Matthew. This is so unfair and an injustice to the customers.

  CVS rather protects bums like Matthew. Matthew wasn't thinking well of his kids to be drinking and drugging while on the job. That's because CVS and the board were letting him get away with it for a while. Until this committee contacted us & we told them how the Board of Pharmacy was letting abusive pharmacists like Matthew mistreat customers telling them to leave & not come back.

I don't know how cvs are still surviving with what their lettings their employees get away with. They have been messing up big time. They were sued for getting one patient's dosage wrong which that they've done to me and my mom. But they did it on purpose to be mean so we would have to drive back and forth. Matthew was cruel to my mother so were Dereck and Christine & they still keep their jobs. 

I wish Amazon would get their own pharmacy. Because these others still continue to mistreat us.

Customers don't have to tolerate being bullied by their pharmacists or techs. But CVS has always allowed them to get away with abusing customers and chasing them away. This is a complete injustice & getting their medicine dosage wrong. Yet then you have those customers who say. Well, they never give me any trouble. Well, not all customers are treated the same.

  Bully pharmacists & techs pick and chose their victims. So the customers they don't pick on say these things. So the victims are never believed.
