Curcuit City went in to purchase a Denon avr 988 receiver and they had one in the store but salesman refused to sell me the unit Bellingham Washington
The sales person just plain refused to sell me the Denon unit he had in the store because it was their web price yet I called other stores and they said they honor their web price. I made a special trip down to get this and was turned away . I am pissed and will make another trip down to Lynnwood where they said they have a unit and will price match the web price. I live just 5 minutes north of the Border and endured a long wait at the border to cross all for nothing. This was on a Saturday, busy day for travellers, July 19/2008 . By the way my trip to Lynnwood will take aprox 2 hours.
