Curcuit City Store Sold me a defective flat screen t v and will not return my calls asking for repairs Atlanta Georgia
I brought a tv from curciut city on 12/22/06, I was told if I paid $299 extra, I would get the tv installed by their professional team, the fire dogs team who would put it on the wall hide the wires give a 15 minute run through on how to operate the tv, clean up and haul away all the packaging.
On 12/27/06 a man came to my door and said he was sent to installed my tv. He did put it on the wall, however he broke the cover for the electric outlet and slide the broken pices under a cabinet. When he said he was through, I ask him to tell me how to operate the tv, he told me he not too famaliar with tv's, he usually installed Home Securety Systems! With that, he left.
I cleaned up the missed, and removed all the packaging. The wires are still exposed! The picture is out of focus and the voices of the persons sounds as if they have a very bad cold. I have call four time in the last month asking for someone to fix the set, however, I give all the information, and why I called then I am transferred to someone else and have to go through the same information with them. Then I am told I will be called back in about 5 minutes. But am not ever called back. This has happenned 4 times this since the set was installed. I am also going to send a copy of this to my credit card company,
