The credit card was approved without interest for a year and I am nevertheless being charged interest. I called Capital one and they confirmed the interest payment, so I made my claim of this mistake.

When filing a rip off report, you need to provide more evidence than just words.
First, you need to show what type of card you are talking about (and may be a link to it). Then give us the time line of everything.
To me, the "no interest" from the card is possibly a certain type of promotion. I am looking at the current offers they have, there are 6 types of cards one can get with 0% for a certain period of time. If the card you claimed to have interest, then it is either the type of card you got is wrong or the promotion time has lapsed. Need more information/evidence.
