Credit acceptance corperation American acceptance Not reporting correct payments .2nd. Refused to acept.my payments bc i filed a dispute to the attorney general office..RETAILIATION.. Southfeild MI
Complaint starts off that credit acceptance corp.has gone into my credit report with out my permission continued to gather files out of my credit report..an passed my information on to somethng lending ..i reported to attorney general office ..later i called in my car payment .said to me that thy will not accept my payments bc i have them under an investagation...last .early part of may 2023 a pick up truck with no tow service logo was not a towing company in my parking lot 3am with no head lites..tride to steal my car .said credit aceptance told him to pick it up .with out no paper work .no court order to re.po .u here to steal my car ..credit aceptance is in big class action law suitesfor riping off thre own car dealers saling cars ..class action N.Y looking at $85,000,000...other states as well..im pushing this far as i can. .unfair acts .to steal from us low income consumers ..they set it up for us to fail .after paying all this money .thn repo .exspects us to buy it back .fees ..intrest rates ..i received a copy of my electronic original ..this is fraud. .i did not sign this .thy signed my sig. My car $2,500...with intrest an fees .says $9,690.56...im obtaining a attorney ...consumer attorney ..every body see if u have a law suite .or class action u can file into. . Thnk you.
