Creativos Lab LLC Creativos Graphics SevenDot Charged $16,000 Created error filled website that loses all leads, non-responsive Houston Texas
We engaged Creativos due to the expressed expertise and professionalism of Max Williams. It was $10,000 to create branding and new logo (I didn't think we needed one), develop a website that would have 10 pages and a state of the art 3-D design tool that would allow people to select their interiors and exteriors and see what it will look like on the 3-D model. They would be able to "play" with a design for 10 minutes and then have the option to save with a $1,200 deposit and have 2 hours with a professional designer to accomplish their design, or it would erase.
There was to be a contact page with a form for the contact's info and an info email address which would forward to our staff, and a calendar to set an appointment. The contact page, email, and calendar do not forward any info to us. Now the email bounces. No one will tell me how to access the calendar or calendar. It's been 12 months.
We've tested it ourselves, and it seems we are making an appointment. It seems we are providing contact info. And we can send "info" an email without it bouncing again. But no one in our company is receiving that data.
Development of social media profiles and much more was contracted but not completed. E very portion they did co,plate had misspellings, grammatical errors. They refuse to give me my credentials to fix this until I sign off that the website is complete. It's a complete MESS! And, of course, they refuse to return my money.
