Cox Automotive owns many companies related to the auto industry.   

They buy companies and wreck them.  They purchased www.centraldispatch.com and have now proceeded to screw up the nationwide dispatch system so badly - it is a joke.  Worst than that,  try calling them.   You can't.  You get the ding bat secretary of the day who can't even take your message and pass it to the right people within the company.   You can never speak to a manager or someone who acts like they care.  Clearly they don't. 

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH COX AUTOMOTIVE.  I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO HURT COX AUTOMOTIVE EVERY CHANCE I GET.   THEY ARE DANGEROUS.  THEY HURT HARD WORKING TRUCKING DRIVERS AND BROKERS TRYING TO MAKE A LIVING WAGE. 

CentralDispatch.com has been around forever.  All brokers, carriers and some dealerships pay a membership fee to make sure they can post orders and every truck can see what needs to be moved in the auto industry.   

When Cox Automotive purchased Central Dispach they never did anything to improve the glitches in the software.  They never validated any truck drivers credentials (like they used to check these important documents).   Now any trucker (even those with no DOT active authority) can join central dispatch and ripoff customers. 

Many many brokers without proper credentials are now posting loads on central dispatch.   These F Rated brokers are taking customer money and not paying the carriers.  The carriers move the vehicles and expect to get paid upon delivery and the customers who've already paid have to pay twice.   

Here is the real problem.   COX HATES AMERICA.  THEY HATE THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY.  THEY HATE CARS THAT RUN ON FOSSIL FUELS.  THEY HATE THE BROKERS THAT TRY TO POST ORDERS BUT THE DISPATCH BOARD IS NOW CONSTANTLY BROKEN WITH NO HOPES FOR REPAIR.  YOU CAN'T REPORT THE FAILURES.  NOBODY WILL LISTEN.  THE PROBLEMS NEVER GET FIXED.   ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 10 WITH 10 BEING THE BEST.... THEIR LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NEGATIVE 50!!!!!   

CALL THEIR PHONE NUMBER:    THE OUTGOING MESSAGE SAYS "PROFANITY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED".   EVERYONE IN THE AUTO INDUSTRY NOT ONLY WANTS TO SWEAR AT THESE PEOPLE - THEY WANT TO PUNCH THEM IN THE FACE AND GLADLY TAKE THE 1 YEAR IN JAIL PENALTY!!!   

COX AUTOMOTIVE RUINED THE AUTO INDUSTRY.  GOOGLE THEM.  THEY SPEND MORE MONEY HIDING THEIR NEGATIVE RATINGS AND REVIEWS THEN THEY DO SIMPLY TO FIX THE EXISTING PROBLEM.   WHAT A JOKE.   

I BETTER NOT BE SITTING IN A BAR AND OVERHEAR SOMEONE SAY THEY ARE THE CEO OF COX AUTOMOTIVE.   MY LIFE WILL BE OVER AND I'LL SPEND THE REST OF IT IN JAIL IF THEY DON'T GIVE ME A LETHAL INJECTION.    THAT IS HOW BAD COX AUTOMOTIVE IS AND HOW BADLY THEIR CUSTOMERS HATE THEM.   THE U.S. JUSTICE DEPARTMENT SHOULD FORCE CENTRAL DISPATCH TO SELL THE DISPATCH BOARD TO A COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THE AUTO TRANSPORT INDUSTRY.   I GUESS THEY ARE TOO BUSY HIDING HUNTER BIDEN'S LAP TOP AND THE PROOF THE BEDENS HAVE COMMITTED TREASON BY STEALING BILLIONS OF DOLLARS FROM THE AMERICAN PEOPLE - THE HARD WORKKNG PEOPLE - LIKE TRUCKERS!
