Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I bought a used 2020 Ford explorer from Courtesy Chevrolet with out them telling me the full service history of the vehicle. They did not tell me this far has had the entire transmission rebuild and the whole car was re wired. I asked for the car fax and was not providing with the information I needed to know the car I was buying had this history.

2 days after buying the car, the check engine light came on and it has been sitting at a dealership since. I went into courtesy to talk to them and try to get me out of the car I purchased from them. Josh was completely rude, refused to provide us with his leadership information and litarly told us to "f*ck off".

writing a song about the General Manager or the CEO of the dealership, just like the one posted at Consumer Comment #1 at Ripoff Report 283703. Just type in 283703 at this site and sing it. It’s to the tune of a wonderful Christmas Song.

FACT: The last line of the song came true ten months after it was posted here at Ripoff Report on November 8, 2007. On September 29, 2008 the stock market crashed and the Global Banking System melted down. Here’s the last line to the song:

”The Stock Market is about to CRASH!” - November 8, 2007

They didn't tell you the history..They didn't give you a CarFax.

They also didn't force you to buy the car.   If you didn't have the CarFax you could have refused to sign until they provided it. You could have refused to sign until you got the history from them.

Since you didn't you bought a car "As-Is"...Enjoy your new car.

But the big question is what was wrong?  If this is a 2020 car is it still under the manufacture warranty?  Is it under any extended power-train warranty that may apply?

Did you purchase an Extended Warranty?

Did you READ your paperwork? Did you buy this car with a warranty or "as is”? If you bought it AS IS, why do you seem to think you are entitled to free warranty service? Did you READ the paperwork to see the BOGUS, ADD-ON fees?

Apparently YOU didn’t even bother to see what you were agreeing to before you agreed to it otherwise you wouldn’t be expecting free warranty service and you would have never gone along with still another dealer scheme of ADD-ON, BOGUS FEES! Smart. Real, real smart!

mailing a hard copy of your Ripoff Report and emailing a copy to your Attorney General immediately. Also send copies to all of your Local TV News Stations. Put it to the attention of: “Investigative Reporter”.

***You can also write a poem about the General Manager of the dealership and post it here at Ripoff Report, just like the one that was posted about Toyota’s CEO in August of 2007. Just type in 269840 and the poem appears in Ripoff Report #269840.

FACT: Toyota’s CEO, Jim Press, quit his position at Toyota exactly two weeks after the poem was posted at this site.

WRITE A POEM- THEY’LL ALL KNOW HIM
