Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I ordered several computer parts from comp-recycle.com, they arrived COD, I payed for them and when I opened the box- they had left one item out, sent a couple wrong items and what they did send didnt work at all.

After realizing I had been ripped off I started to look online about this company, and I quickly found records back to 1996 that this scammer has been doing this to people. Every single report I found was bad and usualy stated the same problems- not a single thing worked it all is DOA.

Anyone who has been scammed by this a-hole can call the Carrollton police Dept. at (972) 466-3290 and ask for Det. Mike Halloway or the new Det. on the case Det. Jeremy Chevallier. They will tell you to fill out a detailed afidavid, sign it, have it notorized and send it to:

Carrollton Police Dept.

Attn: Det. Chevallier

2025 Jackson Rd.

Carrollton, TX. 75006

They are compiling the statements and are going to turn them over to the Attorney General to prosecute our scammer. The scammer behind comp-recycle.com is I believe named Martin Allen Cwagenberg born Nov. 6, 1946 but he went by Steve Pittman when dealing with my order. I also filed a report online with the U.S. Postal Service www.usps.com and the Federal Trade Commission www.ftc.gov

I would watch out and not do business with any online business' that does not provide a current phone number to be contacted by and check online by searching before any purchases. A say watch out not only because of others but because I believe the scammer will change his name and start another operation online because the heat is on and his name is all over the web.

I have decided to get even with this scammer

well I have decided to get even with this scammer and heres how: I am having alot of people I know order things from www.comp-recycle.com (heavy items like a monitor etc.) using real info, valid email address etc. and when the package arrives they will refuse it saying nothing or saying they found out this guy sends out junk etc. The scammer behind comp-recycle.com looses out because in order to ship the stuff out he has to pay the shipping costs + COD charge etc. up front out of his pocket. When the shipment is refused and no COD collected he will have lost money, keep doing this to him and he will never be able to know which orders are real ones because it will be real people with real info ordering but they just wont accept the order. So far this is the only way I have come up with to get even because filing omplaints with the USPS hasnt dont any good people have been doing it for years, I am filing a report with the Police in is town, but I want ever see my money back. As I write this he has probably lost well over triple what he scammed me for which was $73.90 and I will never quit until he is shut down!
