The name of the company is now called "The Computer Store" located at 1705 W. University Dr. #109 Mckinney, TX (972)542-9030 ask for Darrell. This is what happens when you screw people Darrell or Bob whatever your name is. This would have been avoided if you didn't make the mistake of screwing over the wrong techy nerd. Hope the information provided above helps you recoup any of your loses from the past. Sincerly, A recently screwed customer

I recently was a victim of these Idiots. They call themselves recyclers. I call them crooks! I recently had dealings with them, buying hard drives, but wound up with junk. E-mails to them are sporadically returned (at best). They have no phone numbers posted on their website (smart move on their part). I commend the victims that even got that far. After numerous e-mails that got unanswered, I finally realized something. They are accepting PayPal as a method of payment (remember, I had mentioned "smart" earlier? The word "smart" and "comp-recycle" shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence). I paid PayPal through my Business credit card. When Bob & the gang refused to answer my e-mails (I sent the junk back -- "bobj" did state in an e-mail that he would take care of the problem, but has yet to do so, I contacted my credit card company and created a chargeback to paypal. Paypal, if they can find them, will in turn, charge the funds back to the crooks. By the way, Pay Pal is forwarding payments to the e-mail address: [email protected] for comp-recycle. I also contacted the McKinney Texas Police and the state's attorney regarding these clowns.

Hello, I do understand that a lot of people out there have not had a good experience with this company. The former owner passed away in August of 2004, and my boss took over then. Having now experience in the this business, he purchased the website from the previous owners wife. When he took over, the inventory was not in the best organization or shape. We have tried over the past few months to organize this inventory and weed out all of the non-working parts. Because we assumed that what was on the site was somewhere in inventory, sometimes it did not end up that way. We had to searh and search for parts, sometimes missing or late shipping orders. We are turning this business completely around and need your support. All those who did not receive parts ordered, will be given a part. I would like to encourage all who have issues to send us an email at [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve these issues. You must understand that we purchased a business that we had no idea of what we were getting until the sale was finalized. Now we are in the process of turning around the business. Our prices will be a bit higher, but you will get quality parts with good warranties and service. There will also be phone contact information for those who depend on human contact. There are a lot of good thing happeningn to this business over the next few month. Please be patient and we apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks, Bob James Sales Associate Comp-Parts, Int.
