Collections Etc. Bah humbug on Collections Etc.!!!!!! I ordered 2 skirts, using all the sizing info in their catalog. One fit perfectly, the other was way too tight. They want to charge me HALF the price of the skirt to return it. Will never do business with them again! Elk Grove Illinois
