CMN FUNDING It is a fraud offering financing, they charge various fees and after 20 months they do not comply with the financing Albany New York
Financing was offered for a real estate development, a letter of acceptance and commitment was received, a charge was made for the process, a security deposit, and an appraisal was charged that was never made or paid. The legal process began more than 12 months ago and from that moment only broken promises and periods without response to calls, emails or messages to again make promises that are not kept. The reimbursement of the expenses incurred was requested without response.

Lights not bright enough, bald tires and a bad windshield wiper. These are all things which are EASY TO SEE. Did you even bother to check this car over??? With these EXISTING problems, why on earth did you buy this thing? Worse yet, why did you even consider going to a dealer for repairs? Dealer "shops" are very well known for PRICE GOUGING. Did you READ the paperwork you agreed to BEFORE agreeing to it? Did you buy this "AS IS"? We're their BOGUS FEES added like dealer fee, electronic title fee, documentation fee??? You say you are older. Apparently COMMON SENSE did not come along with the years.
