CLG Capital and Charles Ofori Fraudulent Illegal, Unethical Financial Trickery London
CLG Capital / Charles Ofori did not provide the amount of capital they promised which hurt our ability to operate. At the last second, CLG Capital changed the terms of the agreement right when we needed the money the most, they sensed our vulnerability and reduced the financing amount and increased the costs. CLG Capital promised that they would protect the shares of our company, but as soon as the received them, they aggressively dumped the shares into the market, causing our stock price to go down by over 70% causing our shareholders to blame us for doing business with us and asking for resignation of CEO. CLG Capital then they hit us with hidden finance charges making their financing much more expensive than they advertised. Very unethical, illegal, fraudulent behavior. Charles Ofori should be in jail.
