I live in California and decided to purchase a car here because I could not find it here in California with all the options I wanted. In the photos, the car looked great. In reality, when it arrived it had a terrible paint job, the car was not cheap, and is a 2021. Not sure why this was not mentioned to us by phone, email, or pics before purchase. I contacted Cincy AutoMall over a month ago in several forms and have been ignored.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of the vehicle I purchased from your dealership. Upon delivery, I discovered that the paint job on the car was in poor condition, with paint overspray on the trim, bumps under the paint, clearcoat peeling, and paint dripping. This was not disclosed to me prior to purchase and I feel misled.

I understand that used cars may have some wear and tear, but the poor paint job greatly diminishes the value and appearance of the vehicle. I am requesting that the dealership rectify the situation by either repainting the car or offering a fair discount on the purchase price.

I hope to hear from you soon and look forward to resolving this matter to my satisfaction.

 I don't care how many are doing it....only an absolute dummy with NO COMMON SENSE would send their money off to some car dealer they don't know nor have ANY experience with, to buy some USED CAR, sight unseen! That is an ABSOLUTE FACT!

 Apparently you have never heard of buying a car online? There are many successful, trustworthy online companies selling cars online. I have purchased a vehicle from vroom.com and had no trouble with that transaction. Therefore yes I assumed I could purchase this car online. I’m not complaining about the quality of the car which your right I would not know from buying offline. But I bought a car and trusted the pictures of the car and that they were not touched up. I feel I was misled and the cars paint was misrepresented.

 Here's what YOU are admitting to the world: You send your money off to somebody YOU DON'T KNOW to buy some USED CAR you've NEVER SEEN, NEVER checked for paint, finish and fit, NEVER test driven, NEVER heard the engine run, NEVER felt the transmission shift, NEVER checked each and every accessory for proper function! Now you come here to whine, cry and stomp your feet because YOU bought a piece of junk, WHICH YOU'VE NEVER SEEN!!! NO COMMON SENSE, EH???

After seeing the paint job I have definitely considered it may have been in an accident.  The carfax is clean but we all know there are loop holes in that system.  Thanks for respodning.  Hoping to get to the bottom of this!!
