Choice Home Warranty Bad Choice Home Warranty , my name for them Denied valid claims for repairs and/or replacement as they advertised and promised in the contract . NJ Edison
Bad Choice Home Warranty denied valid claims we made to them, falsified reports of the covered items. We had extensive communications with this company, finally after filing complaints with every agency in Florida and BBB in two states, we got partial payment for out claims. We had the technicians who came to our house to evaluate the claims even tell us that they hated to even file with CHW because they knew it would be denied if over a minimum amount.
After all that , I got a call from a woman who claimed to be secretary to the boss to ask what the problem was. That is insult to injury. Check for complaints , they are every where on the internet. Save yourself, do not use bad Choice Home Warranty. THEY DENIED A VALID CLAIM FOR OUR AC , FALSIFIED REPAIRS NEEDED REPORTED BY THE COMPANY SENT TO VERIFY .
We spent months with no AC in hot humid summer Miami to keep the AC the same exact so there could be visual verification at any time. We eventually did get a check for $ 1500 But the repairs cost were $ 2200 and replacement $ 1900 - CHW still owes us $ 400 on that AC and hey have not paid.
