Chevrolet Division of General Motors LLC aka Chevy Chevrolet Employing misleading advertising of incentives Nationwide
Chevrolet, in their Chevy Summer Drive promotion, placed prominent ad banners on several of their nationally visible (not specific dealer sites, but Chevrolet.com) pages promoting 0% for 72 month financing PLUS (+) $3250 summer drive cash back. Upon investigation I was told that this was an either/or deal - that taking the financing would disqualify me from receiving the cash. This is deceptive and infuriating, and cost me quite a waste of time. The dealership where I inquired agreed, the ad is indeed misleading. I have saved copies of the pages mentioned so that they cannot totally disappear (deal ends 7/30).
