CCS&D is nothing more than a rip off shamefully posing as a small local business. The father/daughter that run the business have zero clue about how to communicate or how to create a proper pricing structure.
They outright don't tell customers about fees they charge until after the fact. They'll say stuff like "this is what you and so and so agreed on" (which is entirely based off heresay) and other slimy lines to make customers think they owe more than they do.
I can't imagine how shoddy CCS&D's overall workmanship is if this is how they treat their customers at the consultation stage. You'd likely be charged a lot more than you were initially "told" (CCS&D makes up prices on a whim and changes them just as easily because nothing is written), and end up with shoddy workmanship.
Good luck getting resolutions from CCS&D about their horrible workmanship since they only want to communicate with their customers about some fee they randomly made up and are trying to charge them for. Go with any other company for your blind and shade needs. Read other reviews about CCS&D and it becomes more obvious that they are a disgrace and not long for the world.
