CHEAP CARIBBEAN.COM FALSE ADVERTISEMENT-UNPROFESSIONAL-SCAM
Cheap Caribbean.com charged me for a 12yo child that was supposed to stay free at The Crown Paradise Club resort in Cancun, Mexico. The hotel's website states that children 12yo and younger stay free. This information and the child's age is on the receipt from Cheap Caribbean.com. Cheap Caribbean.com never responded to my many emails regarding the charges and they were VERY unprofessional.
They hung up on me when I was at the hotel trying to dispute the charge and they told me that they had withdrawn funds from my account without my approval. The hotel refused to refund or acknowledge the overpayment. It appeared that this was normal practice for Cheap Caribbean.com and the Crown Paradise Club resort in Cancun, Mexico, as the other party that I was with and another party that was checking into the hotel had similar issues.
DO NOT USE CHEAP CARIBBEAN.COM. THEY ARE A FRAUD AND THEY ARE GUILTY OF FALSE ADVERTISMENT!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! This site does not deserve the 1 star that I had to give them!
