Carols Daughter. Carols Daughter Made my hair fall out! This shampoo and conditioner made my hair fall out bad!! Unexpectedly and shockingly. I am not going to use this product or any product made by this brand again, Too much of my hair has fallen. Ontario CA
Carol’s Daughter made my hair fall out!.. I’ve been using this product since last year (2020) where I purchase at my local target store! Nothing had crossed my mind about any bad thing happening because simply nothing bad had happened. Recently all last week my hair has been falling out. I do not use any other product ( shampoo or conditioner) I definitely don’t use any leave in conditioner just carol’s daughter ( Goddess Strength) at first my hair was fine and I liked the way my hair felt and looked! But now I don’t understand why my hair had been falling!
I stopped using it last week as well.. I was in disbelief at why I was losing so much hair. I called Carol’s daughter’s customer service they weren’t no help at all. They were trying to completely ignore my complaint, they weren’t trying to hear it nor acknowledge that this product made me lose hair. so I am trying to let people who have had trouble with this product please don’t use it! Or for those who haven’t had trouble everyone is different!
I was not expecting to have hair loss I was expecting this product to be as good as it was when I first started using it, I am not using it any longer. They were extremely rude and unprofessional they said they only refund for the items you’ve recently purchased. This shampoo and conditioner made my hair fall out bad!! Unexpectedly and shockingly. I am no longer using this product or any product made by this brand again, Too much of my hair has fallen.
