Carlyle Associates AKA PCI Phillips Carlyle Int'l Unresponsive Ambivalent Company No Product worth the $ Omaha Nebraska
Wow! I didn't realize so many people were disgruntled about Carlyle and Associates until a meeting a group of us had a couple weeks ago. We shared stories and experiences and ALL were nearly the same and match the entries made on this website. This company is a sham and I'm embarrassed that I forked over nearly $4000.00 to them. The single worst outlay of cash I have ever done in 40+ years of life.
I haven't had a single lead or potential interview in the year plus I have been with this company. Their promise of putting you "in front of the decision makers" is laughable now that I look back on it. The only interviews I've been on are those that I FOUND ON MY OWN!! I contacted two individuals who were supposed to be "hiring managers" for certain positions (as instructed by Carlyle advisors) and neither one were associated with that posting. This was AFTER Carlyle told me to give them any leads so they could research the correct party. They hosed me twice.
Owner Carole and advisors Gary, Doug, and Dan have stalled, shuffled, dodged, and avoided questions and input regarding their services and my request for a refund. As a group, we are pursuing stronger and deeper courses of action against Carlyle and Associates and I'm happy to be part of this proceeding. This company continues to ADD to their client base despite their claim that they would NOT do so until the backlog of clients was reduced. However, they continue to advertise.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Please don't give them cash so I don't have to say "I told you so" later on.

It's True! Another "Career" Counselor Quits

Called Carlyle and Associates today and verified that their one "Career" Counselor (what a joke THAT is), quit his position and has been replaced with a new face. One that doesn't know the history of all the clients who have not had a single interview after all the grand promises.
A total sham. This is a worse rip-off than carnival games.
