In addition to the reports filed by the others in this group (which now nuber over 30), Carole J. Tipton in her pathetic responses basically sends out a form letter to any agency you complain to. Tipton continues to utilize emotional appeal to open her letter, and goes on to the standard defense. They are not an agency, the client is responsible, etc.
But in comments to other investigative bodies, Tipton has made several slanderous/defamatory comments about certain of the group. Believe me, this does not sit well with the people mentioned.
After the 'Career Counselors' left, Tipton has also engaged in a most heinous practice. Tipton, in her outrageous responses regarding my complaints, has taken personal credit for some of the actions performed by the other 'counselors', and in other instances denied that anything haapened at all.
Tipton has also engaged in deceitful practices in that she is telling a different story to the local BBB than she is to the Attorney General.
Be aware, everyone, that this organization has had complaints filed against it in Nashville, TN and Jacksonville, FL. Those filings are available on the internet.
