Career Concepts Inc. Phillips Carlyle, Haldane, Employment rip-off Services outlandish promises
Beware of other companies similar to Bernard Haldane. Several years ago a group of Haldane people split off from the corporation to form their own group called Phillips Carlyle International. The only thing that differentiates this group from Bernard Haldane is their name. They make the same outlandish promises, have the same hard sell pitch and, just like Bernard Haldane, fail to deliver on their promises.
Also, yet another group has split from Phillips Carlyle in Birmingham, Alabama called Career Concepts Inc. Again, the only thing that differentiates this group from Bernard Haldane is their name. They make the same outlandish promises, have the same hard sell pitch and, just like Bernard Haldane, fail to deliver on their promises. Career Concepts has gone so far as to make it's web site domain a dot org (http://www.careerconceptsinc.org) which denotes a non-profit status but it charges $4300.00 for it's services (non-services that is).

Career Concepts even goes so far as to list "Sample Positions" on their web site leading you to believe that they have access to the job market and the ability to fill these positions. However, if you call and try to find out about these positions you'll only get called in for a sales pitch. When pressed, their sales staff admitted that these positions were not actually listed with them but that they had obtained them from third party recruiters and that Career Concepts could only refer you to the recruiter and only if you were a client.
