They have ripped our clients and our company off period, we are talking over $10,000 and refuse to refund our clients or give us the money for our rentals those same clients paid to CardConnect Card Pointe to PPOass on to us and is OUR MONEY! Card Pointe CardConnect has taken 11 (a total of 13 security deposits as two clients had rented twice) of our clients Security Deposit' s for jet ski rentals each one ranging from $300 to $600 each ticket .
The rental amounts of each one ranges from $250 to $1,875. They continued and try to continue to charge us fees and take money from our checking account. We cancelled them and we have demanded they give us our money and refund our clients, they have directly caused the disputes of these 11 clients trying to get their money back from them and they CardConnect CardPointe continue to play games and tell our Company that has NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE PENNY THAT NOW SAID DISPUTES WILL RESULT IN 180 MORE ON EACH DISPUTE Again CardConnect CardPointe has stolen RIPPED OFF our clients money NEVER GIVING US A DIME and refusing to give us OUR MONEY THAT IS RIGHTFULLY OURS! They have caused our Company an insurmountable amount of damage and caused our company name to be harmed. CardConnect Card Pointe needs to be on Ripoff Report,
