Among the other car toys ads, not only do they give bogus lies of how they will give you a refund of their goods at the end of warranty's you purchase(They end up being in a gift card), I had another horrible experience.
I was given a gift card for xmas. After checking the balance on it several months later, the balance was no longer there. After their coorporate office did research on it, they claim that there is nothing they can do about it since they are "considered cash". Its a gift card, not cash. There is security involved with it and the notion that you(the company) are going to back the funds when person decides to use them. After filing a police report, reporting to BBB and going head to head with the company, they still fail to find a resolution other than "sorry, your out of luck and there is nothing we can do".
I, nor my friends, family, and union memebers will shop there any longer.
