Mejon Mathis took my money for an appointment I made on 11.11. She told me that her site changed since the last time I used her service. She said she woulld refund my money (which she did ) and gave me a new link to use to re-book the appointment (which I did)- The last time and first time, she was 20 minutes late and did not apologize.
THe same day, I was charged for a service, not rendered. No problem here. I also received email confirmation that I have an appointment for 11.14 at 10a.
I called repeatedly to see if she was still going to show up for the apointment. Her mailbox is full. I text her. No reply for 35 minutes. She simply said I am not on the schedule. She did not even think to call me back. I called her back and got my ear bent by her accusing me of not using her app (which I had no idea there is an app). She said she is having issues with her customers not follwowing directions. So if multiple people want to support your business and we all have the SAME issue, maybe it is you, not us.
I asked how is it that I followed your directions, used the new site, got charged. received conformation and I did something wrong???? She talked over me and told me it was not my turn to speak, then hung up the phone on me.
I try to support local businesses and black owned businesses. With this type of service, I will go to Petsmart. I will be charged a lot more, but they are always on time and they know how to treat their customers.
At 1p today (11.14) she had the nerve to text me and say, just so you know, you didnt choose a date.
Ha! I text her right back and said jsut so YOU know yes, I did and I sent the email confirmation with the date and time of the appointment which clearly reads 11.14 ffrom 10a-12p. The confirmation I have, is for the latest appointment after she provided a new link
For the first canceled appointment, due to her raggedy website, I did not receive email confirmation and the pending charge fell off the next day.
