Capital Liberty called be about enrolling in the Student Loan Forgiveness Program March of 2020. I gave them all the information they requested to apply. Had to pay 159.00 for 5 months. About this same time Student Loans payment were put on hold due to Covid. These payment were taken from my bank account but never applied to my account.
Been trying to contact them for a year and they never return my calls. Now there phone number is disconnected. Now that the government is making student loan payment resume in January 2021 I am trying to find out the amount I owe. They told me $5 dollars a month. I feel I am entitled to the money they took from my bank account since they defaulted on their promise to me.

Oh yes, you’re "ENTITLED”. Well little girl, you’re "entitled” alright! You’re entitled to PAYING BACK what YOU borrowed because that’s what YOU PROMISED TO DO when YOU agreed to the loan! Of course, to do that requires two words YOU don’t know... HONESTY and INTEGRITY.
