Cap ( Center for Abused Persons ) Michelle Simmons who is related to Fred Simmons and Steve Simmons. ( State Farm). She changed her name for me to read as Michelle Simmonds. The investigators are looking into her and we will find every tie to her with Project Chesapeake, and Harford County. Your days are numbered in your career. I'm gonna take you down. Michelle Simmonds who is related to the State Farm owners Steve Simmons of Aberdeen and Elkton . She is in charge of all the intake meetings for people who are court ordered to take Domestic Violence Classes in the State of . Waldorf Maryland
I'm court ordered to take a Domestic Violence class for the state of Maryland. I didn't do what they said I did and I had video proof, some how that never made it to jury even after i emailed my public defender who is a relative of the judge on my case. Also a relative of both the Judge and My lawyers relative dated the same dude my ex dated before me. This was all kept from the Jury. The arresting officers fiance was my cousin and she was best friends with my ex who pressed the charges. The second officer/Wittness is the step father and Sargent of the Havre de GRace Police Department Daniel Petz. Everyone involved in my case including a few of the jurrors are unkown relatives of mine that I found out through Dna . Anyway Michelle Simmons, Aka Michelle bigums , Michelle Simmonds . She is related to my Butler, Scott, and Becker family. She is a very ignorant person. I paid the $ 40.00 intake fee to join the court ordered classes. After about 45 mins she told me she didn't think i was meaningful enough from what she heard about me to be in this program of hers. She had been told some bad things about me and she labled me and discriminated on me. She sent me an email to me and my Lawyer, and probation officer that read.

After careful consideration, we are unfortunately unable to accept you into the AIP online Program at CAP. One of the purposes of the intake is to see if you ( amenable) to treatment. Based on your answers and information provided, it doesn't seem as if you are amenable. There may ber other treatment services providers who better fit your needs than CAP. As you are aware there is a list of approved AIP programs in Maryland online which you can access here.

Mind you, I let her know in the begining of class that I'm recording this and that my Security system records 24 hrs a day.
This women was flirting with me and kept putting her fingers in her mouth as if she was performing a felaciao. I found this to be very unprofessional and she kept rubbing her nose. She is very ignorant, sloppy, doesn't take care of her self, pictures speak for them selves. She took my money and then denied me for a court ordered class that I have to take online. They work with the courts mind you. The fix is in for me. Keep giving me more Maryland.
