The company I listed makes money off of peoples security deposits. They claim that they had to spend hours cleaning and charge you for a bunch of false maintenance charges. They are attempting to not only not give me and my husband our security deposit back, but also charge us $260 more even though we did not leave it in a condition that bad.
We know many other couples that they have ripped off. They also require you to clean things that are legally considered normal wear and tear. It is against the law to do this, yet they continue to make money off of it. They need to be stopped!
