 Walter, You have no idea what the real costs are in the company. You were a cad guy who hasn't got any access to my financials whatsoever. All you see is the basis of our systems on how we get our pricing for my clients. The system was developed by Sen Design group which we used to be a part of.

All you see is that we take the cost of materials and labor add some overhead of 10-15%, which doesn't even cover hardly any of my real overhead, and then put our margin on it separately. You know what is all missing from that you don't see?? The cost of the designer, project management, my in-house licensed cpa, warehouse where I store everyone's products in the ac, advertising, workers comp, liability insurance, vehicle insurance, fuel, my warehouse delivery guys, reception, social media employee, Cad designer, my 12 trucks, etc, etc...and hopefully...There is some profit left when all said and done!

I am allowed to earn a profit right Walter? Last year we completed about 4 mill in remodels...I made 5% profit!! Most contractors goal is to be around 12 to 15% profit Walter! But you know what, I'm the good guy eating costs left and right to try and help keep the industry reasonable due to so many price increases and deliver a quality product! I made right about $200,000 dollars which I paid about 60k in taxes Walter! $4 million dollars of remodeling for 200k!! Because my staff is not cheap...including you!

I take care of my employees in my company because I care about them! I took you all to Key West in December for 5 days last year because the industry has been very stressful and I thought it would be a nice break for you guys, out of my own little profit I make! You see Walter, the reason you have an NDA is to deter people like you from doing something like this when you don't have all the facts straight...which you don't!!!

You have terrorized all my staff and clients with your crazy drunk/anger texts to the point some are so destrought they are scared and working from home..they are keeping the back doors locked because they are scared! I did not do that to them..you did Walter!!! You terrorized them and my wife on Easter Sunday!!! This all started because a female in the office texted Hi Walter, was just thinking about you? Are you kidding me?

I was working on a project with my son on Easter weekend when you called me slurring your words, thinking you're supposed to report that to me?? I have not slept in a week over this and I have a business to run! All this because you see the coster sheet that does not included all of the mentioned above...you have 0 business sense and made Judgements against me and my company without all the facts!

 Walter is an employee that has a drinking problem. He literally drank a handle of Jim Beam and has lost his mind. He has hurt my staff to the point some are working from home in fear He may come back and shoot people. This guy is nuts and has made all of this up. I gave him many more chances than I should have.

I do not rip people off and have a great reputation. He has a warrant out of NY amd owes over a million dollars in child support. Walter Marano is going to have a cease and desist and injunction as my lawyer is working on this with the courts. I have tons of threats from him between my staff, my clients and myself all on text.

I'm sending this message to you...along with all the screenshots of the review you have posted to my lawyer as well. I will 100% be suing Walter for what he has done. When I tell you the evidence is overwhelming you may want to believe this. My clients that are named may also be jumping on board. This is going to be big.. I am asking you to please remove this.
