I went to Cabela's site and was going to order a smoker. I was presented right up front to to apply for a Club Card which I did for a 20.00 off item to use on order. I was acepted for the card and have the $20.00 in club points. ItHas the card in my account but will not let me use it on the item. So I got on chat with Amanda as the item will not be on sale and I wanted to use the $20.00. She was rude and basically said there is nothing I could do. Never tried to help or nothing. I asked for a manager and she would not let me talk to one. Said I had to call. It takes hours to get a hold of anyone.

I am not happy as I would have NEVER applied and got a CC if I knew this was gonna happen. I just want anyone to know that if you plan on using there club card for porduct on sale you lose. When you aply for the card it ask if you want to use it for order?  Thats not true!!!!!!! You have to wait till you get it to use it. That way you do not get it on sale!

I believe they only want to sell there CARD.

Also people on chat do not help at all!!!!
