Back in March I found Buyers Rewards on the web while I was web surfing. They offered two free plane tickets and other travel discounts if I joined. I travel quite a bit, so I joined. It cost $89.95. This amount was immediately charged to my credit card but I never received the free tickets or any information regarding my membership or any travel discounts.

I called the company in May to have this taken off my credit card. At that time they said it would be credited in 30-60 days. It wasn't so I called again. The same person told me he would then put a "rush" on my refund. Again, nothing happened. Altogether I have called the company a total of 7 or 8 times, totalling about an hour and a half of time. Each time I have to talk to a different person because the first person I talked to no longer works for the company. I was able to reach a manager once, but he refuses to call me back. I have left my work, home and mobile numbers, but he has never called me back.

In the mean time my credit card company has charged me $29.56 in interest for this charge. I am IRATE to say the least. I want the charge taken off my credit card, and I want this company to pay. If you can help me, please do!!! The phone number for this company is 888-249-5730. The daytime manager's name is John, and he's the only manager I've been able to talk to. If you need more detail please let me know. The entire story is completely amazing. These guys are totally screwing me over and they know it.
