Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I made reservations for a rental car at Cleve. Hopkins Airport. My wife upon attempting to retrieve the rental discovered during the Christmas rush the counter was unoccupied, the line was long and remained so for 15min. She eventually got going, they gave her the wrong car, explained verbally and in writing the vehicle rental would be $127.00. Yet my credit card was charged $306.00, apparently the agent slips extras into the rental agreement while customers are'nt looking. What's worse is their corporate offices support such behavior. Fortunately my credit card co. who also provided insurance for this rental took the money back from Budget so that I suffered no loss at the hands of this company who I now believe uses deceptive practices and steals from anyone foolish enough to do business with them. I learned my lesson, learn yours from my experience. Never rent anything from Budget!

Apparently Budget has hired the services of a FAKE clairvoyant who mysteriously see's into the past and claims to know whether or not customers read their contracts. How strange it is that Budget has a multitude of complaints, many for the very same criminal behavior. Just as with the 50+ women accusing Bill Cosby of sex crimes chances are excellent any large number of citizens telling the same story are indeed truthful.

It is outrageous that in a civilized society internet trolls occupy their time attempting to dispute matters of which they have no personal knowledge, nor any vested interest in the outcome. My guess is such human trolls live in desperate poverty and have no family or loved ones in which to occupy their days. So their energy is spent attempting to invade the lives and space of others.

The concept of flying into town on a whim or renting an automobile is as foreign to them as space exploration or speaking Chinese. Decent law abiding citizens should avoid such negative ninny's at all cost, in the meantime the rest of civilized society enjoy your New Years! We've flown into JFK to celebrate in NYC tonight, and rented from Enterprise this time, LOL!

Anybody with COMMON SENSE reads the terms and conditions of the contract BEFORE they agree to those terms and conditions.  Since you claim they gave you the wrong car to start with, one would think you would have seen an even more pressing need to review the contract BEFORE you signed it!

NO RIPOFF HERE!  Complainer didn't even bother to read the contract before signing it, thus agreeing to the terms.  Complainer then comes here to blame the merchant!
