Thoughts on ComPsych Collaboration….

 

My dad – in college, a struggling intramural boxer – used to say that “Everybody’s got a plan ‘til they get punched in the face.”  The world has been getting punched in the face for two years, and it has come dangerously close to a knockout.  Having – and using – a plan that lasts past the first punch is the key to going 15 rounds and finishing on your feet.

BSW has developed its basic plan – a series of intervention protocols – over several decades. We have learned from every client, every project, every study, how to implement that plan on behalf of struggling people everywhere – from a gang neighborhood in Vancouver to a group of school children in Washington state to the refugee community fleeing Ukraine in the ongoing war.

In the last several years, BSW has taken some punches, and we’ve learned to roll with them.  Our leaders, clients and practitioners have emerged stronger and more capable from some very tough situations by learning to respond in the here-&-now, rather than reacting to their old stories.

I recently contacted a major law firm with a national and international presence about a lawsuit against the cyberbullies and the professional infiltrations we have experienced over the last 6-7 years.  This law firm also happens to have an extensive history as an established business with a “commitment to excellence”.

Imagine my surprise, dismay and disappointment when I was told over the phone “that we do not take cases like yours.”  When I asked for a reason, none was given beyond that statement.  When I asked for a written confirmation of this verbal statement, I was refused outright!

To me, this indicates that cyberbullying is indeed a lucrative crime when a company like this major law firm OKs the deaths of children. 

• How many of their clients are parents who would be mortified at this action?
• How many of their partners, counsel, senior associates, associates and support staff are parents or grandparents?
• Are they really accepting that saving 100s of student’s lives who might just be their own family is not worth standing up to the cyberbullies and their actions?

 

We KNOW from our history that these techniques WORK to resolve trauma.  In fact, the initial Fortune 100 professional infiltrator told us so in 2017 when he admitted to our founder that he was hired and paid $350,000 by a Fortune 5000 company to steal the Intellectual Property and bankrupt the founder at the same time.  He voluntarily told the founder that as he had never experienced anything as “real” since he was a child during the Irish Troubles with England!  As a result, he wanted to work with her instead.

Now it is proven by science as a medical model that is accepted in the court system as true Justice and as successful not only in the Ukraine ACTIVE War Zone, but also in gangland culture and the mass shooting in a mosque in New Zealand by an Australian national.

We have experienced death threats, financial system shutdowns, re-starting our online presence three times and even copying our process and programs under a different name! But only we can consistently replicate the scientific proof of the physiological changes at the cellular level in the blood.  The US court system starting in Pennsylvania accepts it as proof that no one can lie about using it for Trauma Recovery and Behavior Management without the use of medications!

We wonder if anyone within the legal system is reading this that wishes to join us in our lawsuit as we need it for every state in the US.  We will support you.

It is time to release this to the media as we are being kind, not stupid, but kind in not mentioning the name of this major law firm.  We have no plan to stop counting the children’s bodies.  We can End the School Shootings.

Resolution with BCPS, 11-22-2022

It is time to End the History.  Time to end the history of bullying and cyberbullying.  Time to end the history of believing that our past determines our future.  It is especially time to stop the pattern of wondering why you, BCPS, do not believe us.  Today, 11-22-2022, is the day to step up and declare our stand.

We know and believe that the BSW Techniques work.  We do not need BCPS to believe that it works.  We have further incontrovertible PROOF that this 21st Century wellness intervention WORKS to not only relieve but resolve trauma.  We have no intention of losing ownership of that proof.

It is the updated results from our Ukraine War Project:  In 2022, as the Russia-Ukraine war unfolded, a European-based coach trained in BSW has worked with thousands of refugees in online sessions. Their testimonies of improvement in their resiliency to trauma are both affirming of BSW's power and inspiring regarding the courage of the individuals who have embraced BSW's adapted protocol amid such severe hardship and intense risk.

The Ukraine War victims have been very verbal in their volunteered testimonials about the amazing trauma relief!! And to our own surprise, these same attendees consistently shared about being relieved of more past trauma than just the immediate trauma from the war results they have experienced personally.  These local Ukraine medical authorities voluntarily expressed a deep appreciation for how clinically effective these sessions are. These professionals include prominent psychiatrists and psychologists.  We now have data from February, 2022 to October, 2022 that unequivocally demonstrates the effectiveness and sustainability of the positive results in AN ACTIVE WAR ZONE.  These Ukrainian scientists were so impressed and moved by the simplicity of the techniques that they submitted a proposal to the United Nations for this process to be made available to ALL military within NATO.

Using the BSW Techniques frees anyone and everyone from their history.    We have proven it enough that it is accepted as a medical model and is a public health mandate to use it for trauma and trauma-drama recovery and resolution…everywhere.  We are choosing LIFE and focusing on our mission to free the kids from their history so they, their loved ones and their community have a prosperous future. 

No more threats and fear-mongering from the bullies and cyberbullies who are literally everywhere.  They have done their best over the last seven years to induce and/or seduce us into defending or explaining our motives or actions.  We nor you do not need their permission to stay alive.  Lawyer after lawyer has told us consistently during this time to refuse to engage with them. Instead, focus on refining the BSW Techniques and the BSW Process to where there is incontrovertible proof of the effectiveness and sustainability.  At the same time, the laws around cybercrime changed dramatically due to such actions being more and more commonplace.

We hold no animosity towards BCPS for their lack of support and disregard for the lives lost.  Our purpose is to inform them of the Ukraine War Project and the fact that we are moving forward with people who have the lives saved as the priority. 

We have the solution and the plan to resolve immediate trauma, past trauma and complex/compound trauma that at the same time builds a future very different from past history.  We are a 21st Century wellness program with techniques in a Behavior Management program proven by science!  It is a WIN-WIN without hurting yourself or others.  We no longer need an “enemy” to hate or blame.

 We honor the experience that brought us to this point.  We honor those coaches and clients that have been our quiet support.  We celebrate the journey through the loss of trust due to the online bullying through the Internet.  The journey allowed us to realize that the total TRUTH about the pervasiveness of BULLYING is to keep us needing an enemy to continue the wars inside of us and around the world.  Instead, view all forms of the bullies as victims themselves before becoming a victimizer.  Then we stop hurting ourselves and in turn others.

Now the children can find their own sense of safety while learning self-reliance with us.  Now we can trust ourselves to move forward into space travel without dragging all of our history with us.  We are using the public forum of Ripoff Report to share this with BCPS much as it was used by school system current or former employees on us.

   1. Who would ever think that a major school system would allow themselves to be manipulated by an employee who is in the same school system to illegally use a private internal memo in this RIPOFF complaint?
   
   2. What gives this same school system the right to not inform EVERY PARENT!!! of EVERY STUDENT of the existence of the BSW Techniques - especially after it was fully vetted by THEIR official committee….and officially awarded an indefinite contract?

We have tried everything we could think of to provide the BSW Techniques to their staff and subsequently to inform you, the parents, about the FACT THAT OUR CLINICAL EVIDENCE PROVED NO MORE CHILDREN AND SCHOOL STAFF WOULD DIE - OUR TECHNIQUES ENDED SUICIDES AND HOMICIDES AS AN OPTION!!!!  When we received a Cease & Desist Letter from their attorney, after Uvalde drove us to notify them that we were not mad and would immediately provide trauma relief to all of those parents… we realized that they never intended to implement our program. As harsh as it sounds…. We had to finally accept there was no delay because of the Pandemic or anything else!!! Actions and in-actions are the same reality!

It truly appears like the welfare of the children and you; the parents are not even on their list of concerns. Please, please please just let us do our job and let us end these school shootings asap!!! We are recognized by the medical community, so you know we can and will get it done.  We will even help you deal with your rage at the senseless disregard for these lives that were and are entrusted to their committee and the district office!

Please forgive us for believing that no one, no HUMAN, would ever intentionally delay our startup that was scheduled for September 3, 2019. Thank God we have recordings of every single meeting so you know why we believed them.

To me, there will NEVER be any justification that can ever ever ever explain such a string of lies and false excuses. Saving these lives isn’t about whether or not they like me or agree with me or any other opinion.  It is about each and every death… especially when they knew in April 2020 that the blood test had been accepted as proof by NIH and WHO… and in 2021 in the public court system by a Judge!!! I AM NOT SAYING THIS TO HURT YOU.

I AM SAYING IT IN HOPES THAT YOU WILL …STOP…AND LISTEN …. AND HEAR … AND FEEL … WHAT IS REAL. I am saying this to you, FOR you and FOR your loved ones!

PLEASE…. CARE ABOUT YOU ENOUGH TO SPEND ENOUGH TIME FEELING AND THINKING ABOUT WHAT IT WILL DO TO YOU. Your loved ones, your family, your community, will have to live with what you will do to YOU.

Statistics show that you will hate what you have NOT done to stop these deaths.   

You will not be able to defend doing nothing to stop other people from THE JUSTIFYING and THE RATIONALIZING rants that allows these deaths to even be possible! How will you explain your process of getting you to numb yourself to the facts of these preventable deaths to your own family and friends? Are you also asking them to ok these deaths!

Surely you have understood that good people cannot live with it! Good people commit suicide every single day because of it. Soldiers, police persons, nurses, schoolteachers, staff in morgues and cemeteries, church leaders, janitors who clean up the blood, and neighbors who stood by and did NOTHING to prevent the deaths…. die every single day from suicides! 

It is NOT ABOUT WHO DID SOMETHING TO MAKE SOMEONE ELSE MAD ENOUGH TO CAUSE THE OTHER PERSON TO GET MAD! 

It is about when you listen to the wailing grief of their parents.

It is about the agony of that will replace your justification of doing NOTHING!

It is about your deep love for your loved ones. Especially if you have your OWN CHILDREN!

You will suddenly have to think about every child that is NOT going home tonight.

It is about putting your own children in their beds tonight!!                

The parent in you suddenly gets it!!                                                                                                                    The parent in you, the GOOD You…. Is suddenly overwhelmed with the deepest truth of TRUTHS!

You maybe thought that you had thought about it before. BUT now you suddenly realize that you did think about it. The part of you that goes to work. The part of you who votes. The part of you who wants to succeed. The part of you who must make enough money to pay your bills. Yes, you really thought about it as a choice. A “them versus us” choice that you rationalized. 

You truly believed that you had thought enough about it!

WOW! ONLY NOW, can you see! and feel! And KNOW!

You are seeing the full picture of the reality of what your choice to do nothing …… has literally ALLOWED to happen to SOOO …many parents of these dead children! The brothers and sisters, and their friends!!!

SUDDENLY and finally ...The good you is present enough to see these children who have senselessly died! NOW YOU CAN’T STOP thinking about their BODIES, about their EMPTY BEDROOMS, their EMPTY BEDS, their empty yards, …. EVERY NIGHT …. FOREVER!

I see clients every single day who literally beg me to save them from themselves. These good people are the ones who don’t want to commit suicide because they know their families don’t deserve to have to live with losing someone who said they truly love their family! I have listened to their grief overwhelming them, every second of every day! I have listened to them saying they didn’t plan to commit suicide, but they describe it as... “they just suddenly were doing it”.

Instead…they say… they rushed to contact me. YES, ME!

HOW MANY DEATHS HAVE YOU CAUSED, ALLOWED, DISMISSED, PERMITTED, DENIED DOING?

How many school shootings have you caused with your CYBERBULLYING?   

Have you trained your children to think cyberbullying is the “way it is done nowadays?”                              Have YOU TAUGHT your child to be a bully?

How many bankruptcies have you caused with your CYBERSMEARING?                                                   How many meetings with marketing companies have bragged about doing it? As the best marketing tactic!!!!!

How many of the children of the people that your cybersmearing shamed into committing suicide, have been unable to do nothing after burying their loved one? How many end up justifying shooting the classmates who made them hate being themselves? and the teachers that helped with their silence?

How many times have you EVER thought about it enough … and expected your loved ones not to be ok with you using cyberbullying and cybersmearing?   

What did you think your kids would think when they found out it caused these deaths?

How many co-workers have you thought should approve your “strength” to stand up?

By cybersmearing? By cyberstalking? By you spreading the threat to character assassinations.

AND WHEN YOUR CHILD, YOUR ADULT CHILD, called me today to apologize for what you… their parent did that caused a death, or lots of deaths, … should I react and yell or snub the person? OR SHOULD I RECOGNIZE A PERSON WHO IS PREPARING TO COMMIT SUICIDE because unlike their numb parent… this good person… YOUR ADULT CHILD … cannot live with what their parent is doing to myself and my company who saves lives?

TODAY… I sincerely spent 3 hours and 17 minutes with your adult child who had already gotten ready to end their life TODAY for real …. Because of the overwhelming shame this GOOD person feels when you are bragging to so many people online about your bold efforts to try to ruin my business that works every day… to save every child… in every school … in your nation!!!                                                            

This adult child had counted all of the bodies of all of the children, the teens, the adults, the staff, the teachers, the police and first responders, …who you had justified harming!  

TODAY, I carefully asked your adult child to PLEASE… just stay alive! 

I promised your child today, to go public today, to break my silence today, about the number of deaths that are happening every single day from cyberbullying, cybersmearing, cyberstalking, and casually “normalizing” school shootings. SUICIDES AND HOMICIDES … Your child finally agreed to stay alive, long enough for me to go public about how many kids are going to grow up and have to deal with their parent killing so many kids by cyberbullying, cybersmearing, cyberstalking, and inciting mob bullying.

I TRULY HOPE THAT YOU ARE LISTENING, AND HEARING WHAT THIS GENERATION HAS DONE TO THEIR OWN FAMILY MEMBERS AND CO-WORKERS.                                                                                     

Please do not leave this as our legacy to our children!

TO:  Every Caretaker of a School-Aged Child

Its TIME you know the TRUTH that we could have Ended School Shootings Already!

The truth that you will hear today is for every child, every teacher, every volunteer, every staff member and anyone who has to be brave enough to walk onto any school property in the USA. For each of you it will be a reason to CELEBRATE BIG TIME!

For all of you parents and caregivers, everyone that has already had to bury their precious child and for those who are wondering if your child will be the next victim, OR the staff member who must wonder if YOU are next, I can’t even imagine the heartache and RAGE that you live with every single day!  

Your rightful logic of WHY? HOW CAN THIS BE HAPPENING IN THE 21ST CENTURY IN THE GREAT COUNTRY OF THE USA? I have heard this said by SO many people over the last 10 years. That is the reason that I am not sure how you will handle hearing about WHAT APPEARS TO BE the callousness and the arrogance of CERTAIN DECISION MAKERS in our public school system, who appear to not be capable of prioritizing saving the lives of your children and all of the children in the US public school system over their own agenda.  

In my humble, but sincere professional opinion, you have been wrongfully deprived of the facts about what solution is immediately available to protect every single child/student from having to fear another school shooting incident. Neuroscience has proven that the trauma of waiting and expecting to die sooner or later, is precisely why suicides happen.

The same neuroscience is behind our decision to contact you this way. We cannot help but be professionally postulating that the ONLY rationale behind the persistent delay and the ultimate act this past Monday, September 12, 2022, is that certain people are experiencing severe trauma, the kind of Complex or Compound trauma that avoids any and all exposure to addressing the trauma.

For that reason, we have made the decision to educate you parents about this type of trauma being the source and cause of the ongoing indecision making issues about accepting a PROVEN solution that is VERY safe and so valued by every person who has actually learned to use it, and experienced the results of using it!

Please let me explain so that you understand why we, as professionals, think these decision makers could possibly have made such a critical error in judgment.  Myself and my company, BSW Academy USA, Inc. have been interacting with Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) since January of 2019 when they posted a notice for a contract. We did 5 months of intense vetting every month and won the contract over 204 other applicants.

The contract was for reducing the number of suicides that occur in the student body.  From day one of submitting our proposal, we clearly stated our proposal was about utilizing neurological interventions instead of therapies used by psychology and psychiatry and prescription medications that focus on the mind. For that reason, we need to explain our intervention is solely dealing with training the brain to respond instead of react.

Training the brain simply requires repetition in order to imprint the muscle memory. For that reason, we explained that we would be intentionally training the brain to reject the act of suicide by imprinting the needed actions that relieved the stressors.  This imprinting relieves the stressors that can trigger or accumulate the chemicals that prompt the person to seek death as an option.

So, we stated we had to present the science about the neurological fact that meant we could teach the brain to not do suicide OR homicide as an option. Instead, we would inform the brain about what it is, that the brain doesn’t know that it does not know it doesn’t know. This is what makes the brain capable of utilizing learning to learn.

Doing so teaches the brain to utilize deductive reasoning. This gives the brain beneficial microseconds to utilize specifically for the purpose of learning how to learn to learn, how to rationally address what is needed for achieving the highest level that the mind cannot achieve.  NOW TECHNOLOGY has proven this method is what was discovered in 1836 and called neuroplasticity.

This is what we worked on getting people to understand is what we are doing when we state we are doing brain stimulated wellness. The originator of BSW had learned all of this science and math in another form for her patients in her clinics. Many were professional athletes, inventors, and major techies. Neurologically she concentrated on activating the nervous system “brain to body to brain” communication in the same way it does when it is in slow motion like when the brain shuts down the mind when threatened with death.

Soldiers and first responders can talk about these moments. Literally everything the human race has learned in order to survive becomes readily available when the conscious selection is activated. As a human, rationally, death is not an option. Instead, life becomes about learning to learn to promote life, value life, and wellness.

The brain to body training is easily learned and easily responds instead of reacting. The chemical formulas that can prompt suicide and homicide are not produced in the formulas that communicate the urge to die. Responding instead of reacting literally produces the chemicals that make the human crave learning, health, wellness, and self-sufficiency.

The finite type she teaches now for children to be well and capable of utilizing the learning to learn that the brain can do, is what she refined when her daughter was declared terminally ill, and unlikely able to live longer than 7 DAYS. Over the 5 years following this diagnosis the daughter lived in the Children’s Hospital battling multiple severe autoimmune diseases.

In the end, she won the battle and was declared the sole survivor of her disease and her treatment out of 2800 patients, by the National Institute of Health in Maryland. The NIH report cited the mother’s technique as the source of her survival based on all of the lab results.

Since our proposal to provide services for a Suicide Prevention, Intervention and Postvention program was approved in 2019, we have been careful to follow the law, like always, in our interactions with BCPS from 2019 until now. That is the reason we complied with our proposal. When the BCPS announced that the pending pandemic required BCPS to cancel the contract so funding could be redirected, we were not concerned.

We had realized that the grant funding BCPS offered was not nearly enough and had built our plan to follow a proven model from Canada to generate funds from sponsorships and social enterprise within the community.  We prepared then and are ready now to implement this program in ALL of 98,755 public schools in the US within six weeks by using our 5 Critical Crisis Sessions to reduce immediate trauma.

Doing so will provide the skill set to be able to prevent further negative behaviors long enough to establish our system in order to retrain the brain to be able to respond rather than react to stressors. It takes 104-weeks of specific brain-to-body-to-brain training to eliminate all of the negative experiences that leave trauma as dominating the reasoning and rationale that triggers reactive behaviors.

                                                                                                                                                                      Kids and adults alike love the 6 techniques that literally eliminate the trauma from the womb to now. Criminals have no interest in remaining criminals because being a criminal is learned from negative perceptions of their “self”. Violence and violations are the irrational reactions that become the definition of the identity. Our Community Grown Heroes (CGH) program has been very successful since 2002. 

We have won dozens of very high-profile awards that are available from around the world. NOT ONE OF THE KIDS FROM A CRIMINAL HOUSEHOLD OR LIFESTYLE HAS EVER RETURNED TO THAT WORLD. The 104-week program eliminates ALL addictions and self-destructive lifestyles. Relationships, businesses using the 104-week program, and earnings thrive. That is why earning money is always a part of our training for kids to learn to learn!!! Learning to earn money keeps the kids from being available to be impoverished or vulnerable.

We were diligent in making sure BCPS was aware of the recognized scientific developments proving our program works as we attempted to implement the contract despite numerous examples of their questionable (criminal?) reactive behavior.  Even after we were notified of the contract being canceled, we tried our best to provide services for the teachers and the children. 

We have been targeted by the criminal world and other competitors for cyberbullying, cyber smearing and nasty false automated posts. The military and police and FBI along with the Better Business Bureau did an 8 month long “deep investigation” into every claim and sabotage efforts in 2017.

The investigation proved every single negative claim is and was FALSE. Currently, these illegal posts were resurrected again when the incident occurred when BCPS posted a false claim in RIPOFF in Sept. 2020. The police and all other investigators told us to literally do criminal charges as recently as this week. We have tried to maintain a good relationship with the public school system because of how many school shootings keep rising in mass shootings.

It is very upsetting to know it is scientifically proven how our program would literally end this violence and save lives as well as provide a quality of life that benefits all of the communities. Yet BCPS implied an untruth as a justification to explain why they arbitrarily canceled it again on Monday September 12th, as I said earlier. And used their untrue post to justify the fact that you, the parents, were not informed of the program or the science behind it!

EXPLAIN THAT IF THEY WILL OR CAN!!

You may very well be like us and be asking what is the position of BCPS from all of our attempts to inform them of the scientific proof that we are the ONLY company that can legally use these techniques: meaning the originator gave my company a license to use it in the USA. And we all know no one has a safer solution that will get permanent results by no later than 106 weeks after we start again, even if it is outside of the school property and only online.

Clinically, we repeated our offer for the Classroom Behavior Management that they originally vetted because we thought the Uvalde event certainly would reach through their issues enough to point them to the facts. For you parents to understand, our proposal contained the facts that proved the Classroom Behavior Management is a fun way to get rid of all previous trauma so it actually prevents the suicides. That is why we were so disappointed that BCPS would reply with a Cease and Desist so we could no longer contact them.

Parents around the USA do NOT HAVE TO WAIT for their child or themselves to be helped. And no waiting is required because we do NOT use medications, nor therapy nor any form of interventions that are not modern science.

We only contacted them again because we thought the seriousness of the Uvalde incident would prompt them to be rational enough to protect the kids whether they disliked us or whatever was going on in their mind.

We do not know if they actually think that no one will believe us about the results because of their trauma.  This is likely accurate, especially when they know we are being followed by scientists around the world because of the published online statistics about using these same techniques in the Ukraine. People around the world have been excitedly reporting our success in helping 1,000’s of the victims currently caught in the active war zone in Ukraine. This is how you as parents can confirm your kids, or yourself will get the same results in the reoccurring active mass shooting incidents.

Parents will love how simple it is to use the techniques a hundred times a day if you are severely stressed about whether your child will come home today. For those who do not know the law about this, all Teachers can legally get the kids to use the techniques because the techniques are self -administered by each one of the kids. We will teach it online starting this weekend. Let’s get these taught to the kids and parents starting on this Saturday, September 17th at 1pm Pacific/4pm Eastern. 

We are ready to implement this program in your child’s school and in all 98,755 public schools in the United States ASAP. We can provide it within the school itself like the contract required or out-of-school in the online community.  We can and will make this happen ASAP.

First, I should say that I understand this is an official document from you, General Counsel Howie at the BCPS Office of Law. I also understand that before reading this letter, you state you intend to end the relationship and further communication or contact due to the negative view you acquired due to lack of accurate details of our history.  So, I am going to clarify my position.

It is important for you to know that by the time you read this, this document may have been posted on Ripoff Report as a rebuttal to the September 5, 2020 complaint as referenced later in this letter.  Doing so is not to antagonize you. It will be done only if our lawyers insist we need to do so to protect us from any attempt to prevent us from going public with our evidence.

We do NOT believe it is ethical to have you answer to the community, the lawyers, and the mirror for ANY decision that will determine who lives and who dies…. if you are not fully informed. So, that is why we have been sending letters to you. AND that is why we are including every statement that any and every court will ask in the event we are not accepted into the school system after we were vetted in the way the law requires.

In reference to the term “aggressive” please let me explain our position. We have read your letter threatening court action.  When we did, we considered our options in depth and now realize that IF this is the last time that we are allowed to communicate with you, then we are obligated to do our very best to make sure that you have every relevant fact made available to you and the other recipients.  What you see as “aggressive” is simply our dedication to be an example to the children 0 - 25 years old “to educate rather than agitate.” We believe we are obligated to use solid due diligence by being blunt and frank about the clinical types of fear kids are rightfully experiencing about going to school. Their brains must cope with knowing they are literally expected to CHOOSE to enter a domestic war zone and not discuss maybe dying the same day.

 Surely you can understand how we feel when we KNOW, AND CAN PROVE that our BSW protocol can not only teach them to survive the trauma, it can literally be used as a Classroom Behavior Management System that would ultimately PREVENT a potential shooter from being one of the students. We accepted the contract for that purpose because the contract was sophisticated enough to know that science has proven the BSW protocol IS the ONLY possibility of ending ALL shootings in ALL USA schools!  and to do so, without harming any of the students' wellness, as a result of using old fashioned methods that do not work. Or you would not have the shootings still happening. We are not being cavalier or insensitive. We are simply trying to get the parents to understand that we do NOT use any form of therapy or counseling that could interfere with religions, nor cultural beliefs.

Please consider this truth. The students of every age, their parents, and all of the staff at their schools ALREADY have to live with the deaths that would have been prevented if the BSW contract had started in 2019 like we were contracted to do!! We work with enough First Responders and other types of emergency services to know that highly trained adults end up being our clients every single day! We have worked very hard to construct a professional, science-based system that could achieve ending the shooting incidents, as well as other forms of violence and violations. The final step has been achieved by relentlessly working every day to make sure we could find a means for not having any child left behind as a casualty. We have technology to thank for finding the reliable solution. We have used the pandemic online education model for finiting the details of fulfilling our original plan that was detailed in the plan presented and vetted by BCPS in 2019.

Now we will provide an overview of our achievement so that your organization can have a fresh review to realize the seriousness of this moment for your decision makers. We believe that will establish a clarity of what you are ethically having to weigh out as a resolution to the issue of ending school shooting incidents and the deaths. We are including the PTA as the representative for the parents. We are including the Uvalde incident so that the law firm can have the evidence of what has been vetted by the BCPS. We feel this is the most respectful, calm, factual level for the discussion. We are doing our due diligence in requesting that you consider the facts we are providing again. We are informing all parties that we have succeeded at proving the science that supersedes opinions and disbelief. It is only about the “body count'' now.

We have focused on the neuroscience that determines a reactive state that overrides all forms of survival instincts. We eliminated the typical psychology and psychiatry as illogical based on the rising cases of suicides and homicides. Instead, we decided to focus on increasing the cellular exposure to experiences of gaining from neutralizing all reactive states. The kill or be killed experiences promoted the urge to numb the need to need. (addictions) Then we worked to increase the conscious experience of prompting the production of chemical pleasure from anticipating orchestrating a mutually beneficial resolution. Persistent practice trained the response system to be proactive instead of reactive. The brain learned to rapidly replace antagonistic competitive formulas of deductive reasoning that did not mathematically achieve beneficial results. Self-reliance became an experience of learning to learn proactive reasoning and rationale that generated a higher purpose for exchanging knowledge. Responsibility became the “ability to respond” immediately and proactively.

Studying the homicide profiles was simply about the step-by-step profile of the messaging that can be learned and normalized. We decided to look into the chemical formulas that can evoke and provoke the justification for learning the avoidance of evaluating the personal losses. We carefully depersonalized the chemical formulas that are known to be the thread that is common to reactive killing vs the killing that is deemed necessary for the greater good of the community itself. We did this because nanotechnology had proven that PTSD is NOT A MENTAL ILLNESS.  

We did careful rethinking of what the “fight, flight, freeze, numb” survival system might NOT be. We laid down everything that we had been taught to believe it was. Then we spoke to as many people as we could who had very profound experiences during battles. Near death experiences were studied. Domestic violence was studied from a different perspective. We went through historic beliefs that had ended civilizations, so that we could figure out every possible means of addressing any areas of social disparities that are typical in the criminal world. When we were certain we had figured it out, we dedicated every second of every day to rethinking and eliminating the previous assumptions and trained habitual thoughts from the daily experiences. We ultimately accepted the responsibility for learning to learn what the benefits were of laying down the unethical misperceptions that dominated the mind. When we did, we literally experienced insight after insight about behaviors that had no logic to the deductive reasoning.

This conclusive reality kept being the consistent outcome to simply eliminating the oppositional concept of “them and us”. This perception was built on the perception of supply and demand being a life and death issue. Caveman thinking ended up causing the limited supply.  Ultimately 40 years of work led to understanding that the issue was truly about the need to retrain the intermuscular system to respond rather than react. The communication system needed to be “brain to body to brain” in order to gain the highest level of learning to learn to learn. This is what was finally proven to be the true truths that are “neuroplasticity.” Ethics are the product of the conscious participation in deductive reasoning that provides insights that promote life rather than prevent death.  The ethics produce the chemical chain that formulates the proactive participation in the mutually beneficial process of learning to learn to learn.

Habituation has to be recognized as no longer learning to learn. Duplication of the habits of others is mimicking without adjudicating the need versus the want. Survival is being threatened by the failure to fully participate in the conscious assessment of the need to need. Morality issues cannot answer needs enough to promote life as the priority.

Learning how to learn to value life sufficiently to prompt the need to need to learn to learn to learn occurs by turning on the neuroplasticity capacity to learn to broaden our capacities. Ignorance is the habituation of defeat being normalized without learning how to ensure death is not an option. Our very successful YouTube channel is about teaching the brain to eliminate suicide as an option. Initially we used 60,000 clients’ processes in our 2016 Clinical Study to assess the brain’s capacity to assess true threat compared to the mind’s capacity to assess taught threat or mimicry. We carefully addressed every aspect of the accepted rationale for believing that suicide is the only option left. To date no one has committed suicide that has used the site on a daily basis for 28 days whenever their body chemistry has depleted their capacity to choose life. Our process has taught us that mimicking is mistaken as learning to learn.  Mimicking is not assessing actual need. Mimicking is pleasing someone else as the priority. Typically, this is perceived as being a good person who obeys the most important person in the room. True choice is not learned as a process of deductive reasoning that can truly assess and evaluate the experience. The womb training is the experience of any concept involving eliminating threat, pain, loss and need. Multiple generations of experiences of not meeting needs determine the response or the reaction to needing to need in order to promote or extend life. The process of learning to learn is taught directly to the neurological system by using the BSW techniques. The experience literally produces a chemical chain that is proactively learning to learn by experiencing the pleasure of learning to learn to eliminate the reactive state.

 So, doing the research we have done over the last 2 years of the pandemic and the isolation it caused is what led to understanding the most dominant source of suicide and homicide are equal in the isolation. The threat of the UNknown dominates every single second of every single minute of every single day. This is why we know it will end homicides and suicides fastest and safest by redirecting the mimicking to mimicking using the BSW techniques. Washington state proved it only took 3-5 weeks to result in the gang culture to be reduced in its threat by gaining the results from using the Hand technique and Laughing Technique in the classroom for every student. Social barriers became resolved without a discussion. True NEED being met by “self-administered” techniques being used whenever the false need dominated the mind, resolved the social disparity that had become habitual antagony. This is what taught us what is the pivotal management of the pre-existing isolation caused by mimicked social disparity. It requires doing all of the schools at the same time so that the school culture is dealt with equally enough not to find a mutation occurring that would provide a so-called “choice” to the unwell or malevolent student or community member.

The BSW method was successfully used in Washington state for all grades, cultures, and languages. The gang world of isolation literally dissipated within 3 - 5 weeks. The biggest lesson has been the concern that neuroplasticity may overwhelm the mind and eliminate the influences of culture and religions. This was relieved in the process of seeing the kids change their behaviors to benefit every single person equally. Since then, we have proven it even works in the middle of the Ukrainian war! while bombs are going off. We have videos of all of it where literally 1,000’s attend every single group session. In Washington state 100’s of students in the threat of the gang world were freed by including the classroom in the process of learning how to feel worthy of learning to learn. We have videos of all of it.

So, the fact that the primary skill set allows the techniques to be “self-administered” is how we figured out to literally inspire the students to take it home to mom and dad. Moms and dads came into the classroom and humbly thanked us in each and every single grade!

We have videos of all of it. Our duty is being met by ensuring we have clear video records to support each step of the 7 years of taking our solution to the public market. We have the recent acceptance of the evidence into the justice system when a judge ruled that a defendant was better served by agreeing to utilize our 104-week program. That is the same 104-week program that is included in the BCPS contract as the CLASSROOM BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT program.

HOPEFULLY, you are able to understand the rest of our letter is simply addressing the perceived history of our interactions. We are providing the details voluntarily so that there is no further interference due to hyper stressed oversight. We are entrusting these facts for the purpose of truly being able to prioritize the elimination of both the “source” and the “cause” of the shooting incidents on school property. 

I and my company, BSW Academy USA, Inc. are part of a coalition of independent women business owners providing services to support our BSW Intervention Techniques that fulfill the proposal request for Solicitation #MBU-523-19-001 to provide a Suicide Intervention, Prevention and Postvention Program.  EnergyMDT Corp owned by Ximena Velasquez acted as the prime contractor since the Solicitation required that a minority-owned business licensed in Maryland submit the response.  Further, for clarity for all readers, we established the legal position that BSW does not separate Suicide and Homicide based on Neuroplasticity.  At the very first vetting session with all the submitted proposal writers, more details of each coalition member were requested by BCPS staff from Ms. Velasquez for qualifying the group.  We even included in our vetting discussion with the BCPS Committee that we will generate the funds necessary via Community Sponsorships and a social enterprise program.

 So, my statements about having a relationship with BCPS are not “patently false” as you stated.

Also, your letter continually addresses statements about my company either “being vetted by BCPS or having a relationship with BCPS as part of the contract award” as being false, when in fact both of these statements are true as stated above.  What you seem to forget is that the BSW Suicide-Homicide Intervention, Prevention and Postvention program contained within the contract proposal was approved by the vetting process and awarded by the BCPS School Board for implementation.  Whether the contract is active or not, suspended due to the CoVID-19 Pandemic Emergency as we were told, or canceled as you contend, the fact that it was thoroughly vetted and approved cannot be denied.  In addition, understand that none of us will be intimidated into lying or saying otherwise.  I even contacted Ximena Velasquez to ask if she wanted to participate with us.  She declined but gave us her blessing to proceed today.

Following the official notification letter on June 10, 2020 that BCPS “will be exercising the right to terminate (the MBU-523-19 Suicide Prevention, Intervention and Postvention Services) contract for convenience effective July 10, 2020” we were told that ALL contract funds were diverted due to the Pandemic State of Emergency.  We believed you. So, ethically we believed we were obligated to educate your staff about the high risk of rapidly increasing the number and intensity of school incidents that result in mass deaths. We believe we were and ARE obligated to maintain contact with BCPS despite that notice and overtly addressed the Emergency Status out of concern about the highly increased anxiety leading to increased incidents of violent incidents resulting in deaths. We confirmed that the staff were also informed that the Pandemic State of Emergency was what was the reason for the announcement. We explained the clinical concerns we had about the isolation increasing every person’s reactive states. We discussed the donation vs the BCPS paid funding with insurers and lawyers. We verbally offered our services for free to BCPS since we could generate funding via sponsorships and our community engagement program.  Especially since NOW there is the added stress of the COVID 19 Pandemic as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern. The offer was well received.

Further we have been diligent all along in keeping BCPS staff apprised of our progress and our efforts through March, 2021.  We kept secured written and recorded copies of any correspondence, interaction, phone call or meetings. 

Earlier, during the contract implementation process in 2019 we were working with both the BCPS district office and the Baltimore County Teachers Union to define “wellness” and provide our trauma relief program as such.  Our proposal included a process to train the teachers first as the RFP included professional learning sessions for students, staff, families and community members.  As part of that process, we had to demonstrate our recruiting plan for coaches to train the teachers and to plan a district training event at a local hotel/conference center which we did and paid high reservation fees for.  

When the teachers failed to attend the initial meeting date with BCPS, we investigated further and learned that there was NO contract in place between the teacher’s union and the Baltimore County Public Schools…and had not been for the previous three years!  How can a contract proposal such as ours even be requested much less implemented under these conditions?? What is our legal liability and position now that we are aware of what appears as fraudulent activity? HOW DO WE KEEP OUR OFFER ACTIVE WITHOUT RISKING GETTING SEEN AS COLLUDING TO DEPRIVE THE PARENTS AND TAXPAYERS OF THE FACT THAT THERE WAS NO SIGNED EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT WITH THE TEACHERS THAT WE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE TRAINING? We immediately consulted with several law firms and followed their advice, which was to keep secured written and recorded copies of any correspondence, interaction, phone call or meetings.  We made it our mission to diligently help both sides to make a signed UNION agreement so as to ensure the teachers could take the protocol into the classrooms in the event the district did not allow us to be working in the classrooms.

FURTHER, WE HAD TO CAREFULLY EXPLAIN THE SITUATION TO ANY AND ALL COACHES IN THE COALITION SO THEY WERE ADVISED TO SEEK THEIR LEGAL ADVICE INDEPENDENTLY. In the process of doing so, we were doing as directed by our legal advisors. We were told to uphold the plan that we had put forth in the contract that had been vetted. We did so. This included being diligent about performing the management duties based on 40 years of clinical expertise. Plus, ensuring that every aspect of the agreed to recruiting of a sufficient number of coaches. We knew we would be required to have the one-on-one percentage for private household sessions that was consistent historically.  When the final week of 4 months of meetings with the Union and BCPS resulted in both parties agreeing to meet and show up to what we understood was a document signing meeting that would result in a set date. We were getting sponsors and funding in place because the December 17 th meeting appeared to be a very much anticipated resolution by both sides.  We believed we had to be prepared to start. So, we had recruited the needed coaches and detailed their requirements to make sure we complied with the contract. So, I am sure that you can relate to our shock when neither side showed up, and neither side had informed us in advance. We contacted the Union because of their excitement. The person told us they had been contacted by BCPS and were told that BCPS did not think “you would want anything to do with us, and certainly not to sign a contract for funding the project.”   

We kept BCPS apprised of the activities of cyberbullying and cyber smearing that involved them, specifically a BBB Metro Washington complaint filed shortly before the contract termination in June 2020 the Union was talking about. Our persistent efforts to speak to someone at BCPS were not replied to. When we had to tell all of the recruits, plus our current coaches who had been told to be ready to sign their contracts with our sponsored project the same day, and say we have no idea what happened because we could NOT get BCPS to speak to us, I am sure you can understand the rapid reaction from a business standpoint!!!!  Our concern with this complaint is that the source is a man who had tried to become our contractor and for 8 months refused to provide the required COPPA police report when we requested it from him every 2 weeks. (verbal & written) In the process of preparing a final demand we went through his student records. To say the least we were shocked when we saw that this person who is a psychologist did NOT do any of the training he had purchased. Yet, he behaved and acted as if he was a prime example of a medical professional that was getting recognized at his school district for using our techniques with his client, juvenile, students. That is the reason we (mistakenly) assumed he was telling us the truth that he was legally working at the California school district with his required police reports up to date. According to him he did 23 grade school aged Special Ed appointments per day. This would be a minimum of 115 compromised students per week. We were shocked and very concerned because he could be writing prescriptions to where these vulnerable students would not be able to recall correctly. And he was very adamant about his file being sealed when the new pedophile law went through so no one could access which clients he saw and when. This was what he said was his reason for not feeling obligated to comply with his current school district in California. And because they could not share his file with us, he was not required to admit his sexual views of pedophilia.

We tried to instill the fact that we were intentionally making sure our academy would be able to be recognized as a university. He could not accept that he had to take the same exams and qualify by doing the required practice clients. Ultimately, we had to follow the law and remove him from our roster and served papers stating he was not to use any of our intellectual properties while working as a California public school employee with his 23 daily special needs students until such time as when he provided the COPPA required reports to the school where he worked. He was furious when the California school district where he worked found out that he had not qualified to be certified by our academy. The district was very adamant that they wanted another employee to be allowed to attend and qualify for BSW certification.

He contacted the BCPS district office in an attempt to discredit us and cancel the contract.  Later the same day of his discharge, this person bragged in social media that he had gotten an internal employee in your office to help him convince your Board of Directors to withdraw from the contract with us. We blocked the psychologist person from our online communications and the course training site and alerted our security system. A current coach at that time notified us of his further efforts to cause irreversible harm by sending out an urgent message to all of the coaches claiming that Ximena Velasquez (BCPS Contract Award Bidder) had withdrawn money already from their bank accounts or had access to all of the coaches’ accounts for receiving BSW payments from the public client base and the Head Office for doing the contract with BCPS.  Now he is caught lying about the banking accounts of the coaches that he had poached from our contract list of coaches who were required to meet the need for trainers in every school in the district while teachers were being trained. These coaches he emailed and DM about their accounts being penetrated by criminal activity by Ximena the prime contractor (AND that HE KNEW it is impossible to do with our security system under COPPA). Then our payment system suddenly alerted us at 1:15 AM to the fact that a prominent security company alerted them that this same person had made numerous purchases of child pornography from the Dark Web including his driver’s license and his social security number to identify him. We listened to this report of pedophilia due to its source being a veteran’s organization that specifically worked 24/7 for protecting children.  This is a required security feature because our bank knows we work with children online. Of course, we were very relieved that we had not failed to maintain our strict COPPA requirements when we fired him. Our bank security advisor stated that “their experience is that this type of perp is an expert at reporting that the victim website is not COPPA compliant, and adamantly complain that someone used their name to commit crimes against underage victims.” They told us to expect that is what he would say, which is what he claimed when he blamed Ximena Velasquez. We assumed it was his attempt to get her fired by the DOD where she holds a very high rating for getting their biggest contracts.

We were told that we needed to let the veterans group know when to go public. After we send this to you, we will be following through on that notification.

In January, 2021 we learned of a complaint filed on Ripoff Report on September 5, 2020 by this same individual. The complaint includes me and my company, the contract prime and her company, our founders and the Baltimore County School District.  What concerned us most was the fact that this complaint contained a Confidential Internal Memo from your Purchasing Manager, Melanie Webster.  It directly contradicts the reason for the termination in the letter we received and contains other errors. We made the prime contractor aware of this document so she could respond and clarify the misleading information and verify the “Multi-Agency Participation” section.  I note this here as your letter to me directly referenced this correspondence in February 2021.  The document from Melanie Webster directly mentions my company as a named subcontractor as is the entire coalition of independent women business owners in the proposal.  Even though the prime is EnergyMDT Corp and Ximena Velasquez, every business listed in the proposal that BCPS approved is part of the service provision as an independent business entity.

Multiple high profile law firms that we contacted were very strongly recommending that we recognize it as “cyberbullying” as a legal term and later, added the legal term of “cyber smearing” when the Supreme Court recognized internet addresses of businesses as entities. ALL of these top firms on the east coast recommended us to “stay silent until the court would possibly rule it as intentional defamation and return it as criminal defamation charges before the statute of limitations were running out in 2023.” The pedophilia law was changing in the state of California at the same time. Other lawyers in California stated that his profile indicated he was an expert at deflecting any form of sexual misconduct with students. His doctorate status made it notable that he refused to provide a police report to his own school district for 3 years prior, and us for the same 8-month period. Again, due to the kids and other victims of cyberbullying being our focus, we opted not to be drawn into a court contest lasting months or years of more bodies… (NOTE “bodies” is not an aggressive word but is a medical term, perhaps you prefer the term cadavers?)  Instead, we opted to leave that person, who is still in her staff position at BCPS doing her best to live with what she was persuaded, or coerced into doing, by a prominent school employee (WHO IS the same source of this Ripoff Report complaint against us.)  Remember we told you earlier that he profusely bragged that he had done so while specifically using her name, her place of employment, and level of position in BCPS and loudly laughed in videoed social media as he denigrated her female intellect over how “stupid and gullible” she was to fall for it.

We were very surprised when we returned to speak to BCPS recently that she was still employed and appeared to hold a higher status. The Internal Memo with her signature states that our contract was terminated due to “misleading information presented to potential trainers” when in fact the proposal awarded contained a Multi-Agency Participation section that required us to prepare to meet that need. The termination letter received on June 10, 2020 stated it was a termination for convenience NOT for any cause or default on our part! When our lawyers were informed of this fact, they said we needed to find out who was getting rewarded for what and why. Our lawyer stated it is interesting because the potential trainer was the same man that mocked her to the coaches, he had poached for our BCPS contract preparation requirements.

We are making a statement because of the appearance of the threats and the accusations that appear as statements of fact that were asserted in the letter you sent on the letterhead that portrays the authority of the truth. We decided to give you the best judgment and do not assume that you knew about any of the pertinent details we are putting in our response to your accusations.  We are offering or providing this reply for you to have to share with the world.

We have consistently been told that it is unlikely that you will listen and under these circumstances, support us telling the truth. However, based on our experience of the sincerity of both the teachers and the management during the discussions regarding the 3 years without a union agreement, we decided to try one more time. We truly understand how hard it can be to change a culture of this sort. Yet, it has to start somewhere. Now you have the needed access to our program so every single person can learn in just five weeks how to not have fear dominate every decision.  Including the students, the teachers, the staff and contractors.

We have always maintained our decision to give the children the opportunity to seek “honor before pride, compassion before prejudice and justice before violence” so Compassionate Amnesty as an opportunity to be response-able is the norm; over the typical blame the victim posturing it appears like you are stating in your letter. We will leave it up to you to inform us whether or not you were privy to the facts we have proof of in so many sources.

Thank you, each of you people in this group for reaffirming my commitment to get my program into every single school curriculum. AND I KNOW that the highly financed 7 years of cyberbullying and cybersmearing has hit such an effective level because of the technology that is being misused by the people who know my suicide and homicide program is effective enough to supersede the deepest pain as well as the chemical demands of the fentanyl addicts. That is the criminal motives behind funding the cyberbullying and cybersmearing campaign against me, my company, on a 24/7/365 basis.

BUT as exhausted as I am and as Sad as I am for my loved ones, having to watch all of this ugly battle to get our children trained to eliminate suicide and homicide as an option... they know it has to be done. It requires eliminating all of the pain of the trauma that builds up and overwhelms the best in us, and that is what my techniques get done!!!

Listening to the families, spouses, and adult children who are trying to survive these deaths one second at a time, helped me know that I must step up and stand up for each and every case where clinically, and logically I can confirm the statistics prove these deaths are directly accountable to the results of the intentional cyberbullying and cybersmearing campaign that was about the money losses my competitors were attributing specifically to the success of my program. I have proof!!

The most common definition of bullying is based on Olweus’s (1991, 1993) definition, which states that ‘‘A person is being bullied when he or she is exposed, repeatedly and over time, to negative actions on the part of one or more other persons’’. Internet and its applications have become more popular in this age.

The new generation spends a lot of their time on social networking websites and shares their personal information with friends and sometimes makes them public. This information can be of advantage for the bullies to bull innocent people just for their fun, thus required an advance and appropriate data analysis system by which we can prevent users to get bulled.

As electronic aggression is basically using internet for the intention of harming others. Mostly cyberbullying is done through social networks, text messaging, chat rooms, emails etc. and the common topics around which cyberbullying revolves are physical appearance, race and ethnicity, sexuality and sexual identity, intelligence, social acceptance and rejection etc.

In this paper we are giving a survey on cyberbullying then according to that, we will design and implement a social networking web site by which we can simulate bullying, and prevent the users to get bulled. Moreover, we will provide a case study and the performance study of our system.

1. Introduction

The word “bully” can be traced back as far as the 1530s (Harper, 2008). In its most basic sense bullying involves two people, a bully or intimidator and a victim. The bully abuses the victim through physical, verbal, or other means in order to gain a sense of superiority and power. These actions may be direct (i.e., hitting, verbally assaulting face-to-face, etc.) or indirect (i.e., rumors, gossip, etc.).

When bullying behavior is carried out through the use of information and communication technologies such as email, mobile phones, instant messaging (IM), social networking websites, apps, and other online technologies it becomes increasingly difficult to deal with and goes beyond the traditional boundaries of the school environment.

According to a survey conducted by research firm Ipsos puts India on top when it comes to cyberbullying of adults. Also, according to a recent study by Microsoft Corporation, India ranks third overall, after China and Singapore, in cyberbullying of children. Cyberbullying includes motives and actions that seek to humiliate, threaten, control, insult or slander the victims.

Most common cyberbullying cases include photoshopping the target’s face on nude bodies, spreading false rumors through anonymous or public profiles about someone, posting defamatory messages about or to someone, or using filmed footage of potential victims in provocative situations to blackmail them.

Parents, being less enlightened about modern technology than young adults, are often in the dark about the horrific experiences of their children. In many cases the children themselves do not tell their parents either under threat from the bully or out of fear of social stigma.

Since children often take the pressure alone on their young shoulders, a feeling of depression and self-isolation sets in. In extreme cases it leads one to commit suicide. The biggest problem regarding cyberbullying is that the age group of the offenders’ ranges from as young as eight to the legal adult age of eighteen and beyond.

In schools, children are bullied on the basis of their physical features, race, age or even their level of knowledge. Even if no actual long-lasting harm may be intended, the victims are often left permanently c are not brought to justice and bullying in itself is left unchecked, there is a very high risk of the problem evolving into something more harmful and, maybe, uncontrollable.

India, being one of the prominent IT hubs in the world, ought to have good enough laws effective immediately that curb cyber crime and punish its offenders. With rapid globalization, availability of cheap mobile phones and laptops, easy to use technology, and inexpensive network charges, India is a potential sitting duck for all forms of cyber crimes including bullying. In the meantime, people must try to become more aware of cyberbullying.

2. Cyberbullying Defined

Patchin and Hinduja define cyberbullying as “willful and repeated harm inflicted through the medium of electronic text [3].” Willful harm excludes sarcasm between friends, comments meant to criticize or disagree with an opinion but not meant to attack the individual. Nine different types of cyberbullying were identified [ 1][2][4]:

Flooding consists of the bully monopolizing the media so that the victim cannot post a message [2].

Masquerade involves the bully logging in to a website, chat room, or program using another user’s screen name to either bully a victim directly or damage the victim’s reputation [4].

Flaming, or bashing, involves two or more users attacking each other on a personal level. The conversation consists of a heated, short-lived argument, and there is bullying language in all of the users’ posts [4].

Trolling, also known as baiting, involves intentionally posting comments that disagree with other posts in an emotionally charged thread for the purpose of provoking a fight, even if the comments don't necessarily reflect the poster’s actual opinion [1].

Harassment most closely mirrors traditional bullying with the stereotypical bully victim relationship. This type of cyberbullying involves repeatedly sending offensive messages to the victim over an extended period of time [4].

Cyberstalking and cyberthreats involve sending messages that include threats of harm, are intimidating or very offensive, or involve extortion [4].

Denigration involves gossiping about someone online. Writing vulgar, mean, or untrue rumors about someone to another user or posting them to a public community or chat room or website falls under denigration [4].

3. Literate Survey

In a recent study on cyberbullying detection [5], Electronic aggression, or cyber bullying, is a relatively new phenomenon. In a series of two studies, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses (EFAs and CFAs respectively) were used to examine whether electronic aggression can be measured using items similar to that used for measuring traditional bullying, and whether adolescents respond to questions about electronic aggression in the same way they do for tradition al bullying.

EFA and CFA results revealed that adolescents did not differentiate between bullies, victims, and witnesses; rather, they made distinctions among the methods used for the aggressive In general, it appears that adolescents differentiated themselves as individuals who participated in specific mode of online aggression, rather than as individuals who played a particular role in online aggression.

In another study [7], gender specific features were used and users were categorized into male and female groups. In other study [8], NUM and NORM features were devised by assigning a severity level to the badwords list (nosewaring.com). NUM is a count and NORM is a normalization of the badwords respectively.

The dataset consisted of 3,915 posted messages crawled from the Web Site, Formspring.me. They employed replication of positive examples up to ten times and accuracy on the range of classifiers was reported. Their findings showed that the C4.5 decision tree and an instance-based learner were able to identify the true positives with 78.5% accuracy.

Dinakar et al. in [9] considered detecting cyberbullying in the form of sexuality, race, intelligence and profanity label-specific comments. On 4,500 manually labeled YouTube comments, the accuracy was reported for binary and multiclass classifiers such as, naive Bayes, JRIP, J48 and SMO. Their results indicated that binary label-specific classifiers outperformed multiclass classifiers with 66.7% accuracy. 

Other interesting works [6]in this area performed harassment detection from forum and chat room datasets provided by a content analysis workshop (CAW). Various features were generated including: TFIDF as local features; sentiment feature, which includes second person and all other pronouns like ‘you’, ‘yourself’, ‘him’, ‘himself’ and foul words; and contextual features.

Contextual features are based on the similarity measure between posts, with the intuition that the posts which are dramatically different from their neighbors are more likely to be harassing posts. Research on online sexual predators detection [10], [11] associate the theory of communication and textmining methods to differentiate between predator and victim conversations, as applied to one-to-one communication such as in a chat-log dataset.

The formal method is based on the keywords search while the latter uses a rule-based approach. There are also some software products available for fighting against cyberbullying e.g., [12], [13], [14], [15], [16]. However, filters generally work with a simple key word search and are unable to understand the semantic meaning of the text.

While some filters block the webpage containing the keyword, some shred the actual offensive words themselves. Other software products exhibit a blank page on detection of the keywords. However, removal of the offensive word from the sentence can totally distort the meaning and sense of the sentence.

Moreover, Internet programmers can easily dodge filters. It can be argued that filters are not an effective anti-cyberbullying solution as there are many ways to express inappropriate, illegal and offensive information. Another limitation is that filtering methods have to be set up and manually.

4. Facts on Cyber Bullying

According to a survey, figure 1 shows analysis of the occurrence of cyberbullying by various social networking sites and email, and it also shows the percentage of kids who faced online bullying and the youth who have committed suicide because of cyber bullying.

It also shows the data gender wise. According to this survey maximum percentage of bullying is done through Facebook i.e., around 70% and minimum online bullying is done through emails i.e., around 25%. Around 48 % of kids have faced cyber harassment among them 45% were girls and 30% were boys and youth who have committed suicide due to cyberbullying are around 55 %.

In figure 2, a table shows the statistics of the parent awareness on the cyberbullying. According to the table, India is ranked top among all the countries.

5. Conclusion

In this paper we represented a survey on the current scenario of cyberbullying and various methods available for the detection and prevention of cyber harassment. Our concept depends upon the text analysis, the data which is uploaded or text written by any user is first analyzed and after that, we estimate the roles of user, is it a bully? or a victim? and then provide help as required by the user using data mining techniques.

Also, we will be using a User Identity for registration on our site i.e., one will have to provide an identity proof for registering on our site else they will not be able to make an account. With this feature we will be able to check the problem of fake accounts and also cyberbullying will be controlled to a limit as user accounts will be directly linked to their original identity. This mechanism will be very helpful for our society and the victims.

You will not be able to defend doing nothing to stop other people from THE JUSTIFYING and THE RATIONALIZING rants that allows these deaths to even be possible! How will you explain your process of getting you to numb yourself to the facts of these preventable deaths to your own family and friends? Are you also asking them to ok these deaths?!

Surely you have understood that good people cannot live with it! Good people commit suicide every single day because of it. Soldiers, police persons, nurses, schoolteachers, staff in morgues and cemeteries, church leaders, janitors who clean up the blood, and neighbors who stood by and did NOTHING to prevent the deaths…. die every single day from suicides! 

It is NOT ABOUT WHO DID SOMETHING TO MAKE SOMEONE ELSE MAD ENOUGH TO CAUSE THE OTHER PERSON TO GET MAD! 

It is about when you listen to the wailing grief of their parents. It is about the agony of that will replace your justification of doing NOTHING! It is about your deep love for your loved ones. Especially if you have your OWN CHILDREN!

You will suddenly have to think about every child that is NOT going home tonight.

It is about putting your own children in their beds tonight!!                

The parent in you suddenly gets it!!

The parent in you, the GOOD You…. Is suddenly overwhelmed with the deepest truth of TRUTHS!

You maybe thought that you had thought about it before. BUT now you suddenly realize that you did think about it. The part of you that goes to work. The part of you who votes. The part of you who wants to succeed. The part of you who must make enough money to pay your bills. Yes, you really thought about it as a choice. A “them versus us” choice that you rationalized.  You truly believed that you had thought enough about it! WOW!

ONLY NOW, can you see! and feel! And KNOW!

You are seeing the full picture of the reality of what your choice to do nothing …… has literally ALLOWED to happen to sooo many parents of these dead children! The brothers and sisters, and their friends!!!

SUDDENLY and finally ...The good you is present enough to see these children who have senselessly died! NOW YOU CAN’T STOP thinking about their BODIES, about their EMPTY BEDROOMS, their EMPTY BEDS, their empty yards, EVERY NIGHT FOREVER!

I see clients every single day who literally beg me to save them from themselves. These good people are the ones who don’t want to commit suicide because they know their families don’t deserve to have to live with losing someone who said they truly love their family! I have listened to their grief overwhelming them, every second of every day! I have listened to them saying they didn’t plan to commit suicide, but they just suddenly were doing it. Instead, they rushed to contact me.

HOW MANY DEATHS HAVE YOU CAUSED, ALLOWED, DISMISSED, PERMITTED, DENIED DOING?

How many school shootings have you caused with your CYBERBULLYING? Have you trained your children to think cyberbullying is the “way it is done nowadays?” Have you taught your child to be a bully?

How many bankruptcies have you caused with your CYBERSMEARING? How many meetings with marketing companies have bragged about doing it?

How many of the children of the people that your cybersmearing shamed into committing suicide, have been unable to do nothing after burying their loved one? How many of them end up justifying shooting the classmates who made them hate being themselves? and the teachers that helped with silence?

How many times have you expected your loved ones not to be ok with you using cyberbullying and cybersmearing? What did you think your kids would think when they found out it caused these deaths?

How many co-workers have you thought should approve your “strength” to stand up?

By cybersmearing? By cyberstalking? By you spreading the threat to character assassinations?

AND WHEN YOUR CHILD AN ADULT CHILD, called me today to apologize for what you… their parent did that caused a death, or lots of deaths, … should I react and yell or snub the person? OR SHOULD I RECOGNIZE A PERSON WHO IS PREPARING TO COMMIT SUICIDE because unlike their parent… this good person cannot live with what their parent is doing to myself and my company who saves lives?

TODAY… I sincerely spent 3 hours and 17 minutes with your adult child who had already gotten ready to end their life TODAY for real…. Because of the overwhelming shame this GOOD person feels when you are bragging to so many people online about your bold efforts to try to ruin my business that works every day… to save every child… in every school… in your nation!!! This adult child had counted all of the bodies of all of the children, the teens, the adults, the staff, the teachers, the police and first responders, who you had justified harming!  

TODAY, I carefully asked your adult child to stay alive! I promised your child, to go public today, to break my silence today, about the number of deaths that are happening every single day from cyberbullying, cybersmearing, cyberstalking, and casually “normalizing” school shootings.  Your child finally agreed to stay alive, long enough for me to go public about how many kids are going to grow up and have to deal with their parent killing so many kids by cyberbullying, cybersmearing, cyberstalking, and inciting mob bullying.

I TRULY HOPE THAT YOU ARE LISTENING, AND HEARING WHAT THIS GENERATION HAS DONE TO THEIR OWN FAMILY MEMBERS AND CO-WORKERS. Please do not leave this as our legacy to our children!

Letter for Baltimore County Media Announcement

BSW Academy, Inc. and BSW Academy USA, Inc. apologize to the staff, the teachers, the students, the parents and the community associated with Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS).  They were manipulated into cancelling a contract in July, 2020 that featured the ONLY suicide prevention program that the blood test proves is effective.  Use of the BSW Neurokinesis Techniques would have saved the 93 kids that have died since 2019. 

A large group of parents of these children dead by suicide are going public about BCPS knowing that the BBB continued to endorse us.  That is why they are in process of filing a class action lawsuit against BCPS.  We have shared detailed information about the blood test results with BCPS staff even after our contract was cancelled.  A famous documentary company is in the process of interviewing every parent and siblings of the dozens who have died…needlessly.

 

This is the content of a letter drafted for our payment system.  As Director of BSW Academy USA, I must continue to respond to this attempt at cyberbullying contained in this RipOff Report.

BSW Academy, Inc and by extension, BSW Academy USA, Inc. have been targeted by cyberbullies filing false reports and complaints to Better Business Bureau (BBB) about us.  It has happened three separate times with BBB offices in Vancouver, BC; Metro Washington DC and Eastern Pennsylvania and Clearwater, Fl.  We responded each time and our rating continues to be an “A”.

We ask that you check our past history with social media attacks and poor BBB reviews.  We ask that you read the report filed by BBB Vancouver, BC after we requested a “deep investigation” of these issues in 2017.  After eight months of rigorous research, we were not only cleared of all allegations but also issued a public apology.  We were the targets of a deliberate attempt at corporate sabotage in order to steal our copyrights on the BSW Neurokinesis Techniques.

In addition, there has been a recent development that demonstrates unequivocally the physical changes that occur after using our proprietary, copyrighted techniques.  This development is live blood sample test slides taken before and after using the BSW Neurokinesis Hand Technique.  We had two levels of medical professionals confirm the before and after results of the BSW Neurokinesis Techniques. A hematologist who specializes in testing for unknown conditions and/or treatment results was the first person who confirmed the value of the results displayed in the live blood sample under a Dark Field Variscope. He affirmed the accuracy of the method of taking the live blood samples. He affirmed the method of pasting live blood samples to the slide plates. He listened to the conclusions made by three separate scientists; and he affirmed that the conclusions were logical. He also affirmed the method of analyzing the visible results in the active cellular response to the BSW method of neutralizing toxic accumulations of body chemicals associated with trauma and reactive states of grief, rage, and depressions.

We had Dr. Jill Moncilovich, a retired Study Analyst from the National Institute of Health (NIH) assess the findings of the scientist who did the original group of live blood sample tests. We received her confirmation of the following stated findings: “The live blood analysis after the use of the BSW Hand technique can help achieve almost perfect red blood cell separation allowing all channeled synapses to the brain be opened for the powerful BSW Neurokinesis Hand Technique. It also allows a higher micro electrical charge of 6.7.Mv to be carried throughout the body and the brain.”

Now the blood tests prove it is not hypnosis that achieves the positive outcome. Instead, it is the fact that the BSW brain-based scripts combined with the very specific touch patterns are effective at neutralizing all fight, flight, and freeze reactions to previous trauma. The reactions are eliminated enough to retrain the brain to respond rather than react.  No therapy is used that could possibly replay the triggers of the original trauma. Instead, the brain repeatedly replays the experience of going neutral and eliminating the trauma. Within 28 days of replaying the neutral response over and over, using the BSW techniques, there is no need for the hyperalert reactive states. Even the muscle memory is not triggered to experience associated trauma from the memory of the memories. Flashbacks, nightmares, panic attacks and hyper anxiety, no longer occurs. In its place is the experience of victory over the fears, the triggers, and the helplessness that leads to hopelessness.

It is our assertion that this blood test is the cause and intent behind these continued attempts to request what we believe are potentially fraudulent refunds months after the payment is submitted.  Those who do this think that they can get out of the required non-compete clause signed as part of their independent contractor agreement with us. That would allow them to get rich over the blood test being the 21st Century neurological education system.

It is important for you to know that we have a VERY large contract that will be making HEADLINES around the world in 10 days.  This is the reason behind why these requests are happening now as everyone wants to prevent us from exposing the truth and being believed.  This is a way to “beat the clock”. 

As Director of BSW Academy USA, Inc., I feel obligated to protect all of the kide out in the world who are in the same situation of being cyberbullied.  I have lived through everything referenced in the testimonial included in this rebuttal and claimed in this complaint.  NOW is the time when it is safe to tell the world all of the truth.

This is a testimonial sent to our CEO after a presentation she made at a school:

I do not know how to express the deep gratitude I feel after seeing what your talk on internet bullying is doing for our school. I know myself and other teachers were very unkind towards you after we found out that you were coming to speak in the auditorium. We had read what was being published all over the internet saying you were a horrible person and a criminal. We read it and assumed it had to be true.

Frankly, this is the biggest lesson in my adult life that I have ever had happen. When you talked to the students about your experiences and feelings of shame from being bullied by your competitors, I saw every student pay attention! Every student was in awe of what you admitted. Every student felt that finally they had an adult that could understand how anyone humiliated in public could consider suicide as the only way for the pain to be over.

When you went through the process of listing every horrible thing said against you and used official evidence to prove it was a lie, I was so ashamed that I had been one of the people who had never questioned if it was a lie. I realized then and there why the students in our school never trusted the faculty.

We never questioned the social media statements. We never assumed the mean posts by the students were lies. We never addressed what to do about proving the lies were in fact intentional. We only said not to use the internet. We had never told the students to assume whatever you read that is written like this is a LIE.

Watching all of the students that I have seen humiliated on the internet over the years that I have worked at this school being fully exonerated in the one hour of your sincere presentation, has been humbling.

Watching these injured students getting respected for their courageous effort to stay in school after being publicly humiliated, is very enlightening.

Watching each student sign your pledge to never misuse the internet, has been inspiring.

Watching how seriously the students took your challenge to end bullying in our school without harming the bullies, I am amazed.

Our students are going out of their way to show the bullies that they understand that these bullies had to have been seriously harmed victims before anyone would choose to be a victimizer. Our whole school is united in this experience. The students are following through on your advice to have an event for their parents to tell all of their parents, that no one in our school will allow a bully to stay a bully. They will end bullying with kindness, empathy and understanding like you instructed.

Enough pain has been doled out, to make bullies into bullies. Instead the students will abide by the Oath of Compassionate Amnesty you wrote for them. Thank you from the deepest part of me. I can’t wait until we can have this program in every school everywhere.

I know privacy rules prevent you from sharing the name of our school, but please know I intend to talk to the parents about letting our students tell their experiences of what you have accomplished for them in just one informative presentation.

Please help us learn how to end the ignorance that has made bullying part of the norm.
