Unfortunately the day has come that I’m forced to write this review. I’m sure it will be met with a snarky response - but people deserve to hear the truth. I spent $820+ on some supplements based on a really great recommendation from a relative. I purchased them; paid the cost.

I was misshipped from the company. I was missing one of the products I paid for, but it wasn’t shipped out. I notified them. They shipped out around 56-60 extra containers, it wasn’t just an oopsie.

I wanted to send them back to them - but I also needed what I had ordered and paid for. Fair? Right.

I received multiple texts to send the bulk items back. I wasn’t willing to pay upfront for the shipping and be reimbursed when I hadn’t received the original order. When I asked, “we are working on it” - ok. BAU for me, a patient customer. Well, here’s where things turn ugly.

They start messaging the relative that referred me, demanding the stuff be shipped back. I invited them to ONLY communicate with me and refrain from defamatory contact with someone who wasn’t me - To keep this professional. I have been bullied and harassed. I have been threatened.

UPS has custody of the item they confirm that over the phone. The label/tracking says delivery date pending. However, they are threatening to charge the card on file for their mistake. All while I have asked the status of the “extra” product they sent me for compensation and never heard anything. I didn’t have to return the box but I did.

I don’t want 30lbs of junk supplements rotting in my garage. I’m attaching redacted photos. Please be cautious about doing any business with these people. I have filed FTC complaints. They have been an absolute nightmare. I had to have UPS pickup the giant box from my residence Saturday.

I have four kids in car seats and I’m not sure where the box would fit in my car. I was honestly extremely nice until I was threatened. He has text my relatives to say, “tell Sarah to do the right thing” - excuse me? The right thing is fulfilling a customer order.

I was generous to return extra product. Threatening to charge me was where I draw the line. What a disrespectful way to handle business. I provided video of me leaving my house, driving to the UPS store and them retrieving the package from hold. Still, no apology. I was a paying customer of over $820? Horrible humans.

Please beware. They will treat you like garbage. I still to this day do not have any compensation for my order being delayed. They have accused me of “stealing” - and said I even signed for packages. I never did. Not my signature.

To be accused of stealing when I was a paying customer. Wow. I didn’t even ask for anything for free… All photos attached for proof.
